Went late night around midnight to get towels and the lady at the desk at the time was nice as well. Only negatives I can point out is the location of the elevator and the fact that the toilet in the room just ran unless you jiggled the handle. The hotel should purchase new towels as well. Also I think paying for parking is insane you don’t get a parking pass or anything so what’s the point?

- CRC RamseyFeb 24, 20265.0Stayed a few days ago with my mom Nola has the sweetest personality and was smiling every time we came down the rooms were clean housekeeping got us towels as requested the room was nice and clean waters waiting on us and we got warm fresh free cookies at check in I will definitely return in a few weeks when I come down for work
- JYJay YeakelFeb 22, 20262.0I picked this hotel thinking double tree is consistent. Turns out they’re not! I was greeted (not greeted) by the staff who apparently was talking to her babies daddy on her cell phone (every time I walked past.. on her cell, for an hour). Hotel is just a bit rough all around. Dirty, old, beds were stiff. The same garbage breakfast you get at a Hampton inn for free is $21.95. They don’t tell you this until you sit down with your food. Stay away!!!! So disappointed… if you stay at hotels much this one will make you want to find a better one for sure!
