I was very dissatisfied with this hotel by Hilton. As a proud Hilton member Ive come to expect a quality standard that I experience at every Hilton that Ive stayed in. My family and I always choose Hilton for its quality. That was not the case at this Hilton its very old and it needs invested into or better maintained. The sofa bed in my room was broken. The carpet floors were stained and dirty. The showers are old and dont have any water pressure and as well had mold in the ceiling. Everything about the stay in my room was uncomfortable. I will never stay at this location again. When I asked the bartender for more silverware she said they didnt have enough to give me "running low". The customer service was the only saving grace. Everyone of the staff are absolutely kind and amazing. The staff here need the support of management so they dont have to deal with run down and outdated rooms. Will not be coming back here again EVER. I wish the employees the best there as I believe they are not being given the best tools to provide the best.

The breakfast situation is a little ridiculous here. $20 plus tax for the exact same selection and food that Hilton offers at other places, Hampton Inn, etc. for free. If the food was better quality, even then, $20 is still too high.

Worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. Mold and water stains in the ceilings and walls. Stains on the carpet. Dirty. Sprinklers and air vents are covered in filth. Mold around the bathtub. The caulking around the toilet isn’t sealed. Made the room smell like a septic tank. I travel 36 weeks out of the year for work. Easily one of the worst properties I have been to.

Thought breakfast was complementary. I was wrong! Was asked if I was a gold card member but no one else around was asked. Paid 14 dollars for a glass of water fruit and eggs. Never again made this experience horrible.

So we did get here at about three in the morning from driving all night when we got here. Our room that we had prepaid was unavailable, so they had to put us in a king room with a pullout 45 people. It was a little cramped, not gonna lie.We were kind of upset, but we went to sleepThe guy that was working was new, but in the morning the lady at the front desk was very sweet.Super nice staff was great...mistakes happen. Honestly, we were probably so tired and didn't even matter🤣 They did give us free parking. So that was nice breakfast was twenty dollars, but we went ahead. And just got some crackle barrel delivered to usAnd that was enough for us.So it was about the same price. And I didn't have to get the kids up. Overall not a bad experience🄰
