No hot water both morning I stayed. Was told everyone was using hot water I said a 4 Star hotel should be designed to handle the hot water demand of all guest. I informed front desk both mornings, one day I could maybe forgive but two days, no way.
I was promised certain compensation for my stay but I yet to receive it. Shower head did not work well either.

Honestly this is a very tired old hotel. The staff was mixed bag. The one bright spot was Zach who was able to change our room. The rest of the staff seemed remarkably uninterested in the
customers. The rooms have those silly barn doors over the bathroom that work really poorly. The hotel smells like cleaning solvents. I will never stay in this location again unless they have a complete overhaul.

Very nice hotel.
All good except we were disappointed that most of the equipment in the gym is broken. We specifically chose a nice hotel with a gym, thinking it would be a nice gym.

Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown Nashville... within walking distance of Broadway, which is a sensory and noise overload but really very cool. Took some getting used to the shower head. While the hotel staff was helpful, they were slightly on the rude side. Breakfast for a fee, didn't partake. Would recommend the hotel..the warm cookie is still the bomb!
