Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff!!!!! Awesome bar/restaurant! Great ice cold tap beer!! Wonderful Starbucks in the lobby!!! Super clean place with comfy bed and amazing shower!! If by chance you think it’s a tad warm in your room put the fan on high instead of auto and it will make a huge difference!!! My only some what negative critique would be not enough light in the room but other than that I would highly recommend!!!! And definitely will stay at this hotel again and again!!!!

Unfortunately, as reviews have flagged, (at least) some of the rooms smell like mildew. It may not bother everyone but I am sensitive to it.
More importantly, the front desk staff - especially Kedjhone and Cameron - went above and beyond in helping me find a better room that wasn’t triggering my allergies. They were so accommodating and kind, and I never felt judged or that I was inconveniencing them. So kudos to them and thank you again for making my stay better!

My stay was the worst customer experience I have experienced in all of my travels. I book two rooms for a friend and myself. Only one room was available at the $4:00pm check in time as the other room was not cleaned/ready. The reception agent could not provide me with an estimate when the room would be ready and seemed unconcerned about me having to wait.
35 minutes later, I went down to check, again the reception agent could not provide me with an estimate when the room would be ready and seemed unconcerned about me having to wait.
I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor offered a free breakfast the next morning, lol, I was not please and stated my evaluation would reflect that. The supervisor offered a specific number of points that would raise me next level in Hilton Honors. I stated that would be acceptable. NOW, 11 days later, NO POINTS have been added to my Hilton Honors. Worst customer care I have experienced. They did get me in the room approximately 10 minutes later.

From the moment we got to the hotel we knew we had chosen the perfect place to stay to celebrate my 70th birthday with my husband and friends! Charlene, Kedjhone, and Dyce are amazing at the front desk and are assets to not only the hotel, but the Hilton brand!!
They always had smiles on their faces and made us feel special. Jeff and the entire restaurant staff were awesome! Prompt to take our order and helpful in suggestions on where we should go.
The food was delicious!!!
We will definitely be back!
