  After a conversation with the General Manager, (said his name was David) I felt compelled to leave a review. I’ll share why after some brief facts regarding our stay. Upon our arrival there was a really bad odor. We were told it was due to a gas leak. When we checked into our room we soon found out there was no hot water. In the morning there was hot water but also a large leak at the bottom of the tub. There was no continental breakfast the entire stay. It was advertised that there was. The evening prior to checkout we called to make shuttle arrangements (also advertised) but we were told to make ride share plans because the shuttle was out of gas. When I arrived back home I spoke with the GM there at the hotel and he failed to show any concern and his inability to see any other perspective but his own was stunning. He cut me off so much that I had to ask him to let me finish speaking. He showed zero accountability and could only offer “it’s not our fault there was a gas leak” to beat explain the interaction, it was like speaking with an argumentative teenager who has yet to develop any active listening skills.

  The property is in good condition and the staff was friendly upon check-in, but it was definitely a mid-tier oriented property rather than the more upscale property I expected for a Crowne Plaza. That said, it was a good value for the area.

  I recently stayed here for two nights, unfortunately I booked through a third party website, which asked if I wanted to add breakfast for an additional fee for two days. I signed up for breakfast and then when we check in I was informed the kitchen was closed :( so I reached out to who I booked with to see if I could be refunded for the breakfast that I had prepaid for. After going back and forth between the property and the booking company I was told a partial refund wasn’t possible. Very unhappy with this whole experience, I simply wanted the money back for a service that was unavailable during my stay.

  BEWARE! 7 cars got broken into while my stay there, including mine! staff was super nice but didnt give 2 craps about cars being broken into! they were very unhelpful and cost me $500 in damages. I know its not the hotels fault, but if you read the reviews it happens ALL THE TIME. no security shows they give 0 craps about their guest. the only thing she had to say was theres signs posted. BEWARE! ruined my weekend!!!!!!!!! hotel is very nice but with that happening all the time i would never stay there again! they were unhelpful!!!!!

  My first stay here was great so I rebooked for a second visit. the floors were disgusting the second visit. When you stepped out of the shower your feet would turn completely black, and there were long black hairs in the shower and on the shower curtain, which definitely weren’t mine since I have short hair. I didn’t notice how bad it was until my sheets started turning gray. I also tested out the floors and spilled a little water and wiped it up with my towel and it came up black, and I have photos. When I checked out I called guest relations since the line at the front desk had a few people by it. Opened a case. The hotel later lied and said I reported the issue and was moved to a nicer room, which never happened. I only asked for a partial refund or some points, but they denied it. Be aware before you book — the rooms are filthy and management lies to cover it up.
