- VVVickyDec 14, 20255.05 Star Service, Extremely professional staff especially Oakland. Shuttle from airport is fast, hotel is beautiful and quiet. I stayed for one week, hotel is similiar to a quaint, upscale ski lodge in South Lake Tahoe but a hidden gym in Nashville.

On top of that, I found dead bugs in the room. With my children already asleep and everything unpacked, moving rooms wasn’t a realistic option, so we had no choice but to stay put. After the stay, I emailed the GM “Joe” but have yet received an email with any compensation or response. Do not stay at this hotel. I would not recommend it.

- ABAlison BurchettNov 12, 20253.0I recently stayed here for two nights, unfortunately I booked through a third party website, which asked if I wanted to add breakfast for an additional fee for two days. I signed up for breakfast and then when we check in I was informed the kitchen was closed :( so I reached out to who I booked with to see if I could be refunded for the breakfast that I had prepaid for. After going back and forth between the property and the booking company I was told a partial refund wasn’t possible. Very unhappy with this whole experience, I simply wanted the money back for a service that was unavailable during my stay.
