Canopy by Hilton Nashville Downtown A beautiful establishment with an amazing team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, responsive, and truly accountable. I experienced a few minor hiccups during my stay, but everything was handled quickly and sufficiently—which speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction. Because of that, they absolutely deserve five stars. The food was solid and convenient—perfect for a quick American-style meal or enjoying great coffee and pastries. The rooftop is gorgeous, and the bartender was friendly and attentive, making it a great place to unwind. I was also upgraded to a suite for the inconvenience, and it was absolutely breathtaking. A huge thank you to everyone—from valet, to the front desk, to the hospitality and cleaning staff—for making my stay such a positive experience despite the initial bumps. This team truly knows how to take care of their guests.

This place is amazing. It’s only a 10–15 minute walk from Broadway, and the hotel has a restaurant downstairs with a wide variety of menu options and a very pleasant atmosphere.

One of the finer hotel stays I've had but there's definitely room for improvement. To start off: the hotels cleanliness, design, aesthetic, and services are all fantastic. Every floor is equipped with water stations with hot/cold options, they also offer complimentary path water bottles which I appreciate as it's a shift away from plastic bottles. The products they use for the bathroom also are high quality, fully plant based and a cool partner brand (I believe the name is apotheke). As for drawbacks, there's no rooftop bar until March 2026? As per social media. Another thing, there was only one chair in our basic king room, not a huge issue but if you bring food in and it's two of you then there's just no full seating. As for lighting, I like the room lights above the bed, it's warm and intimate and lets you control the brightness level, however for the bathroom, the light options seem cool but motion sensor just kicks everything on. I wish it would motion sense the bottom dim light only, but instead everything just always turns on in the bathroom. All in all, canopy is nice brand and this is a great location, if you can look past some minor drawbacks.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel — from checking into our room to checking out — everything was exceptional. Special shoutout to Gaurav. The moment we checked in, he made us feel so welcome and he was so knowledgeable about the hotel and gave amazing recommendations since my friend and I have never been to Nashville before. Everytime we leave and came back to the hotel, he made sure to say hello and welcome back to us. It definitely made us feel so special! Thank you Gaurav for being so kind and helpful! Also, another special shoutout to Gita! Our last day at the hotel, we asked if we could leave our luggages here at the hotel since our flight home is not until later and she was so sweet and accommodating! We also dined at the restaurant a few times during our stay and all the staff were so kind and polite and the food was excellent. The amenities, water bottle + water stations, and car service and many more were such nice perks!! We would totally come back and stay here again whenever we’re in Nashville!!!
