  We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and after paying more than I ever had before, my expectations were of course very high. Unfortunately, it did not deliver. The roof top bar was not open. No one ever answered for room service so basically no room service. Paid for city view and got the second floor. This was our first trip to Nashville and wanted to live it up but instead we were let down. Over rated hotel. My experience makes me question reviews anymore.

  We stayed at the Canopy for our wedding staycation! We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice the rooms were. The service was wonderful. We were provided with a bottle of wine at check in as a wedding gift, and it was nice to utilize the Canopy Hotel vehicle when needed. We valeted our car and at checkout I noticed they fully charged our car which was such a nice touch and unexpected. The rooftop bar/rooftop is unavailable yet as apparently they had to redesign the whole thing. Great location in the Gulch and a bit away from the main hustle and bustle which was nice. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful wedding night and vacation.

  WOW… what an incredible stay!! This was our very first time at a Canopy hotel, and we honestly assumed it was a smaller, lesser-known brand — but WOW were we wrong. This place blew us away from the moment we arrived! Everything felt brand-new, sparkling clean, and sleek. As soon as you step into the lobby and take in the amazing design elements, you immediately know you’re in for a special stay. From the lush florals and the stylish bar and restaurant layout, to the eye-catching cowboy hat display and the fun walk-up pizza window — the entire vibe is just chef’s kiss. (And even the lobby playlist was amazing! Whoever curates that deserves a high-five!) We dined at Silo, and let me tell you… it was some of the best food we had all week in Nashville — and that’s saying a lot! The mac and cheese croquettes were pure comfort-food heaven, the grilled wings were insanely flavorful, the short rib ragout was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, and the Super Bianca pizza from 5 Points Pizza? Absolutely phenomenal. We loved it so much, we found ourselves eating there 3 out of our 5 days in town — and every meal was consistently fantastic! Our rooms were just as impressive. Modern yet warm, spacious while still cozy — the perfect blend of beautiful design and real-life functionality. Everything felt fresh, polished, and thoughtfully detailed. The bed was soft enough to sink into after a long day, but supportive enough to sleep like royalty. And the bathrooms? Spacious, contemporary, and luxurious. Staying five nights was a breeze when everything felt this clean and comfortable. The location is another huge win — we walked everywhere! We strolled over to a show at City Winery one night, and the next day wandered over to 12th Ave in The Gulch for brunch, boutique shopping, and the must-have tourist moment at the Angel Wings mural. It’s truly the perfect home base for exploring Nashville. There are just so many positives — the warm and friendly service, the stylish ambiance, the incredible food, the unbeatable walkability… I could honestly go on forever. But I’ll wrap it up with this: When we come back to Nashville, we’re absolutely staying at the Canopy again. It wasn’t just a hotel — it was part of the experience, and a BIG part of why this trip was so unforgettable!

  I really enjoyed my staycation/workcation at the Canopy. Every single person that I came in contact with was just really pleasurable and my room was clean, tidy and beautiful. Even my turn-down service was stellar. I contacted the staff to ask for a room that faced the quieter street, honored (Kendall and Kima even went upstairs to confirm that the room was what I needed before assigning it to me). Needed a ride to my exercise class bc it rained, took me right over in the house car. Had a last minute meeting during check-out hours, late-check-out honored (thank you CiCi and Jonathan). I needed a little late night glass of ginger ale, bartender hooked my right up - no wait and Jonathan saw my hands were full and escorted me to the elevators so I didn't have to rearrange everything in my hand to get my key to head up to my room. Upon check-out (I think his name is Tyler or Stevie) hopped up and took my down the road to my meeting in the house car so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain in my heels. It wasn't even his job, it was just the shuttle driver shift change. I mean 10/10 guys. What a stay!

  From the moment I walked into the Canopy Hilton in Nashville, I was treated like royalty. It was a long travel day, and Kendall made my problems melt away. She was able to secure me a last-minute room so I could stay another night in addition to the one I was already staying. She helped make the transition incredibly smooth with her kind, smart assessment of my situation. She and the talented Mika worked together to not only make sure my room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, but to make sure I was treated like royalty with an incredible upgrade. These two were on their game from the moment I walked in. The whole staff here works together to ensure guest stays are special. The location is also fabulous. We ate just steps away at the Iberian Pig (The hamburger was incredible) and purchased much needed groceries at Turnip Truck natural food store, and clothes from Blush. If you’re visiting Nashville, this is where you want to be! So close to Broadway, yet you feel completely taken care of in the oasis of the Canopy Hilton. I’m telling all my friends to stay here! The lobby is beautifully appointed and perfect for working in or hanging with friends. It’s so comfortable and enjoyable. The music is at a perfect volume, too! Love, love this hotel and can’t say enough about how Kendall and Gaurav and Mika completely made my trip. Gaurav is as kind as he is helpful and accommodating. These three people are true stars in the hospitality industry.
