    I was so impressed with this particular hotel! The staff were truly amazing and made me feel so genuinely welcome, always prioritizing the customer first. I really think most other hotels could learn a lot from their approach. The lobby and the rooms themselves are both very modern and trendy, featuring tall ceilings with a nice rustic/industrial touch. I definitely recommend this hotel! Con: Parking was expensive across the street. Pro tip: Behind the hotel there is a cheaper option.

    Our stay was absolutely amazing! The food was so good. I had a steak bowl, breakfast burrito, chicken tenders, fries and ordered all 3 desserts lol; they were all great. The staff were so friendly. The room and bathroom were beautiful and just so comfortable! Their attention to detail is unmatched! You even get a refillable water bottle. My only complaint is that it makes it hard to leave :) Wish I could stay forever. We will be back!

    Check in was supposed to be at 4, man in front lobby told us it will be ready in 25 min and we waited 2 hours in lobby. We have dinner reservations and no room this is very disappointing we didn’t make it. Keep in mind we booked hotel 2 weeks in advanced ….Excuse was because guest are checking out late and they are cleaning rooms, this is not our problem they should have rooms ready for people coming in. When check in is specifically at 4.Will not book here again. Very disappointed. In addition they promised us complimentary breakfast and $15 of credit and also late check out, which was a lie we were charged for everything and checked out at 11. We also got drinks at the bar and we were charged a bill that was not even ours that was $80 and we only got two drinks which were $30 lady said I would get a refund but I was charged when I looked in my bank account. DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL.

    I had a critical issue that came up last minute that prevented me from being able to make good on my reservation which was made using a One-Night Award promo with my Hilton Amex. Even though I had already checked in and had to cancel last minute (with the Hilton system forfeiting the free night) the hotel management really helped me out with letting me book another night so I could still take advantage of my free night as a Hilton Diamond member. I really want to recognize and highlight Minka who was such a wonderful help in getting me squared away with my updated reservation. She was so friendly and she went out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction and really embodied the highest values of the Hilton brand. It's service such as hers as to why I became a Hilton Rewards member and have only booked with Hilton. Thank you Minka for your hard work and help!!

    This was my third stay at Canopy by Hilton Nashville – The Gulch, and that alone speaks volumes. I felt compelled to write this review because the staff truly deserves immense appreciation for consistently delivering exceptional hospitality. This property perfectly matches my aesthetic lifestyle, blending modern design, elevated comfort, and a vibrant urban atmosphere. While I encountered a few minor concerns during my stay, the engineering team, led by Lisa and supported by Kale, handled everything with remarkable attention to detail and genuine care, transforming challenges into a seamless and premium experience. I was honored to receive a private preview of the upcoming rooftop bar opening in March, graciously hosted by General Manager Tiffany and Assistant General Manager Beatriz. Their leadership, professionalism, and vision for the property truly reflect the high standards of the Canopy brand, and I am genuinely excited to return to experience this stunning new rooftop addition. The leadership team, Tyler and Joseph, along with the exceptional front desk professionals — Gita, Mika, Madeline, Emma, and Jonathan, stephanie— offered thoughtful insights about the Gulch neighborhood and provided a warm, personalized welcome that reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence. A special mention to the incredible Silo team — Tina, John, Alex, Erin, Sintya, Akash, Santiago, Evan, as well as Nikki and Alex at the bar — whose impeccable service and attention to detail created an elevated dining and lounge experience. Huge appreciation to the Silo kitchen team, especially Chef Ximena, Chef Joseph from Jamaica, and Chef Omkar, whose culinary excellence, creativity, and consistency added an exceptional flavor to my overall stay. Lastly, Five Points Pizza deserves recognition for its outstanding quality and atmosphere. Chef Matt, along with Catherine, Oscar, and Zanieda, delivered a memorable dining experience that truly stood out. Thank you to the entire Canopy Gulch team for curating such a refined, luxurious, and unforgettable stay. You have set a new benchmark for hospitality in Nashville. I will absolutely be returning very soon. ✨🏙️
