  Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter junger Mann an der Rezeption. Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Amerikanisches Frühstück gut, Punkt 9 wird abgeräumt. Lage gut, alles erreichbar. Kostenloser Parkplatz. Gutes Hotel für 3 Übernachtungen.

  If i could give this place NEGATIVE stars, i would. Let’s start with the fact that homeless people will be sitting outside the entire stay, causing disturbances and even COMING INTO THE HOTEL LOBBY TO CAUSE A SCENE. Next, BEDBUGSSSS!!!!! The manager totally and utterly dismissed the fact that his filthy, disgusting hotel had bugs and refused to give a refund for our stay. After debating about a refund (and him refusing), the manager called the police on us because i continued to tell other people that walked in that there was bedbugs for their wellbeing and safety. The manager is a disgrace to Best Western Hotels and TRUST i will be looking into my other options on how I can report him and his hotel due to principles. HIS employee literally came into the room with us and saw the bedbug herself, but now you’re trying to deny it and make me look delusional??? you met your match buddy :) see you in court if that’s where i have to take it :)))

  BED BUGS PART 2 !!!!! yall see how he’s tryna argue in the comments ?? which is so crazy because on of HIS employees came to our room and FOUND the bed bug herself !! ALSOO when trying to get our refund he refused to give our money back for the 2 nights i spent there getting ATE UP BY BUGS and only wanted to refund the one night we WERENT staying there, and when that wasn’t okay with us the manager started getting disrespectful telling us to go sit down and be quiet like we’re some kids and not his paying customers. he then proceeded to CALL THE POLICE on my cousin and i for trying to get our refund. this hotel is absolutely disgusting and needs to be SHUT DOWN, i feel bad for the sweet girl who works the front desk. PICTURES INCLUDED SINCE IM “ LYING “ LOLLLLLL ( we will be getting that FULL refund ) pictures don’t even include ALL of the bites because i noticed more after the 2nd night there, there’s bites all over both sides of my arms, my back, my FACE, my hands, anywhere that wasn’t covered by my clothes, BIT !!!

  Good clean hotel. Rooms are modern. Friendly staff. They have parking for trucks. I will note that despite the area "appearing" to be shady, it's really not bad. They have good fencing around the property, also very good hotel security 24/7 and right down the road from Nashville PD Headquarters.

  We arrived at the hotel and within an hour noticed that our toilet wasn’t working as it should. We notified the front desk. They brought us a plunger and told us that their maintenance guy would be here around 6pm. We waited around for him for about 20 minutes, he didn’t show up. We called down again and they said he was on his way but they weren’t sure when he would be here. They sent another guy up and he said the toilet was fine. Although I showed him that the tank was not filling up as it should. He stood there and told me that there was nothing wrong with the toilet, making it seem as if I’m lying. When I threw a piece of toilet paper in there, it didn’t go anywhere after being flushed. He said they would come fix it. We left the hotel to give them time to fix it and came back and it still wasn’t fixed. The hotel would not switch our rooms, to give us one of the basic necessities, a working toilet. While in the lobby for approximately two hours trying to get this sorted out, we noticed a cat hanging around the lobby. It was a friendly cat but we weren’t sure what it was doing in the hotel as it’s not pet friendly. Finally the workers decided they were going to get it out by dragging the chair it was sitting on and dumping it out of the chair. The cat, now scared, jumped off and ran back into the hotel. They told us they were calling animal control. We then watched the worker go after the cat with a broom and throw it at the cat. Then when confronted about his behaviour he said that he did it because the cat shouldn’t be in here. After all of this, we went to use our room keys and they were deactivated. We had to go down three times (each day of our stay) to get them reactivated. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel has an awful musty smell. With all this being said, choose another hotel because this one definitely ruined our vacation.
