  Arrived after hours of travel with plans to experience nashville after a night of good rest. When I showed up I was taxed $20 to park in their parking lot first time ever mind you alot of shady folks walking around amd zero security and dim lights. And was also meet with a strong smell of old cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The staff was friendly. Got to the room and it was muggy feeling and still had the permanent smell of cigarettes. The shower had a rain head in the middle and it was akward at best. The most basic tv channels. After hours of restless sleep because the bed was similar to brick. I was awoken early because the black out curtains have large holes. I went for breakfast even the elevator smelled of cigarettes on the way. The omelet guy looked like he still partying so I opted for the buffet style half cooked biscuits watered down gravy and county jail style breakfast sausage. Wound up leaving nashville early and exhausted without exploring as planned. But the people was nice..

  Stayed for 1 night Feb 12th... The front desk immediately nickle and dimed us with a fee for arriving a couple hrs early which is not typical at most properties. We proceeded to our room to find the first hand towel we used had blood on it. Then, minutes after our arrival, an exterminator knocked on the door and tried to enter our room (not a good sign!). Usually am a fan of Best western plus but this location is not recommended.

  Was here on business and the hotel was so comfortable that I would return to my room and not want to leave. The rooms are clean, decorated well, the memory foam mattress 👌, the breakfast buffet is not your ordinary breakfast you find at hotels, there are custom omelets, sausage gravy biscuits and all types of good breakfast foods. They also have massage chairs that will put you to sleep. It's also around great options to eat. Lastly, the staff is attentive and very kind and I definitely will be staying again when in Nashville!

  Was in town for a couple days to see family and friends. Was a good stay but feel like the parking Was way over priced at 20 per night and the breakfast was awful ... some of the staff was great others acted like it was a bother to answer my questions ...

  Arrived late after a long day for a one night stay. Although we called ahead, no information was disclosed regarding the lack of cable or parking fee, which was a bit disappointing. The lobby did have some questionable people milling about as we were checking in. Thankfully I was not checking in alone. Room was clean but bed/mattress was stiff as a brick, making for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. It didn’t help at all that we were subjected to the camera-ready smiles of Dolly, Reba, and TSwift (large, framed and in living color) while waiting for sleep to actually take its toll. Walls are somewhat thin and residents (maybe staff?) were extremely loud in the hallway early in the morning. Breakfast was nice and there was a large variety of food items with ample time to eat. Check out went smoothly. Sadly, my overall stay just wasn’t what I’d hoped for while visiting Tennessee for the second time in years. I will likely choose another hotel for any future trips.
