The folks at the desk were warm and welcoming, the spaces were all clean and tidy, good value for the price and I love the location, not far from Broadway. The bed was on the firm side so if you're not into that, it's good to know. I slept fine though. I didn't take many pictures here but I really should have as it's got nice amenities such as the omelet bar, tea and lemonade at the desk, massage chairs. Good place

- JCJon C.6 days ago1.0My wife and I stayed here on the evening of December 26th, 2025. We were asked to provide documentation for my wife's service dog, a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. When we couldn't provide it, we were charged an illegal $30 fee to keep what the receptionist kept calling a pet with us. Attached is a photo of the service dog in question wrecking up the place. Add in the $20 fee to park in the parking lot, and the orange juice and sausage gravy at breakfast being very obviously watered down, and it all came together as a chintzy, inconsiderate, and unprofessional experience. Find somewhere more deserving of your travel dollars.

Not one complaint. Even gave us free chips upon check in and let us swing dance in the lobby. Massage chairs were popular. Please give our deepest gratitude to the man on the omelette station who made a breakfast worthy of royalty YEEHAw
