The bathroom had visible mold, which made us uncomfortable, and the towels seemed like they were not washed properly. The staff was polite, but the cleanliness definitely needs major improvement. We expected better for the price. I hope management takes steps to address these issues for future guests.

The location is a little off the beaten path, only 10 minutes from Broadway and 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, which I loved since the noise from the nightlife wasn’t a concern. Our room was simple, spacious, and clean. The staff here work very hard to keep the place running and they were very polite. Free breakfast in the morning was very nice. My only complaint would be that there was only one working elevator during our stay, but hey, we weren’t sleeping in the elevator.
