- BMBeth MarkelFeb 22, 20263.0Breakfast wasn’t that good. For a best western plus. It was scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage everyday for their hot breakfast. We booked a 4 night stay. We wanted to leave a day early. I asked if I would be reimbursed of the last night. They said no! Other best western motels will reimburse you. The manager said because of the price. I always booked on the best western app. So I’m out of $117.00. Making my 3 night stay costing me $155.00 a night.I will never stay here again. Hope you’re happy getting your money. For a 3 night stay. And when you divide up a 4 night stay of 468.18. It comes to 117.00 a night. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!

Did not like the service given to me at all, i would not come back here at all.

- TATerrance AdamsFeb 2, 20261.0This hotel advertised that it's a non-smoking place to stay. When we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Then when we reached our room the air conditioning unit was inoperable. A very nice person of the hotel staff made an attempt at starting it but was unable. He gave us another room to stay in but when we went inside it also reeked of cigarettes. Also, there was what appeared to be blood on the kitchen door jam and on the wall and two roaches were seen crawling in the bathroom. The entrance to the hotel was not plowed and had a heavy sheet of ice. We witnessed a man take a hard fall as we approached the front door (LAWSUIT). Needless to say, we just wanted to get through the night and leave as soon as morning came. This is an edit/additional post to my previously posted review: After posting my initial review, I started to read many of the other reviews. It appears that when someone posts a negative review, management does in fact respond but only to pacify the person making the post. After reading many of the negative reviews, it appears that nothing is being done and the owner is only in business to make money (and there's nothing wrong with that). The problem is nothing has changed. So I'm just going to sum this up in 4 words DO NOT STAY HERE.
