  I stayed here on a business trip because of the proximity to the airport. The staff here is one of the best assets the hotel has. Every single staff member was absolutely delightful! Specially the people working at the front desk. I met various staff members working different shifts and had the same great experience with all of them. The rooms were clean and the convenience of being so close to the airport and having the shuttle was great. That said, if you are staying here and you need to sleep during the day and/or are a light sleeper, I would stay somewhere else. The noise of the airplanes taking off is very loud for a light sleeper. It stops from about midnight until 6 a.m. and the hotel does provide earplugs if you need. That is my only critique. Everything else was great!

  Arrived after 1130pm, and the front desk attendant was very friendly, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Left too early to enjoy the free breakfast - coffee was good.

  I have stayed at this location on several occasions and have always experienced great customer service. Mrs. Felisha always makes check-in enjoyable and even gives a good laugh — even if she is a Saints fan! Thank you for the laughter and the warm hospitality.

  My stay at this hotel started on an excellent note thanks to the outstanding service from the staff. Felisha at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. She made the check-in process incredibly quick and effortless—it truly took no time at all—while still making me feel valued and well taken care of. In addition, the bus shuttle driver was also very friendly and courteous, which made transportation to and from the airport stress-free. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, being only about five minutes from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking for comfort and efficiency. Overall, the professionalism, warmth, and convenience of this hotel really stood out. From the welcoming front desk service to the pleasant shuttle experience and prime location, everything exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail were on another level. Felicia went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. She was patient, knowledgeable, and handled every request with a smile that felt authentic, not scripted. You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. In a world where good service is rare and great service is unforgettable, Felicia delivered the unforgettable.
