  Had a few mixups with my reservation, however, Oakland was very helpful and resolved all of my issues. Good place to stay and very helpful staff.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Crowne Plaza Nashville Airport on a family trip and had an excellent experience. Oakland at the front desk was absolutely amazing—professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. That level of hospitality is rare. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well run, but Oakland truly made the difference. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

  The room we were given at check in was not cleaned. The beds were un-made and there were empty boxes and trash. Imagine our surprise to open the door to the second room we were given to find those beds clearly not clean and unmade and slept in! The front desk staff verified the third room was actually clean before giving us the keys there. Per the front desk staff, housekeeping had left early that day and marked the rooms as clean. I feel this speaks to underpaid and undervalued housekeeping staff, as this has never happened to me before in *any* hotel. For a business that thrives on cleanliness, this behavior from housekeeping feels like a real middle finger to management. The advertised “continental breakfast “ was cups of cereal and oatmeal because something had “unexpectedly “ happened in the kitchen. As the front desk worker was also managing the cereal refills and water for the oatmeal, I’m guessing it was a lack of staff. There was drip buckets out in the hallway indicating leaks, and it was very loud. I have nothing bad to say about the front desk staff, but a good look at management might be needed….

  The hotel was very nice , clean and the staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. But there were couple things that a little work like in our room the light switch was coming off and the air conditioner kept coming apart. They need microwave in all rooms and elevator need some work makes too much noise all day need ice machine on every floor. Then in my sister room the beds keep squeaking so that needs to be checked on.
