The room was clean, the pressure for the shower was nice and strong, the bed was comfortable, the eggs and sausage at breakfast tasted very good, coffee was good just missing cream. It was quiet at night despite a storm outside. We heard there were break-ins to the vehicles in the past so we brought all our valuables to our room. We did see a security guard checking the parking lot at night and we parked in view of the camera.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! I had a nightmare experience here. The manager discriminated against me from day one, refusing me a kitchenette solely because I have a service dog—a clear ADA violation. He was rude, unhelpful, and eventually forced us to check out for no reason. Most disgustingly, he insulted my character and harassed my sister, making baseless and offensive insinuations about my personal life. If you value respect and basic civil rights, stay somewhere else.

A truly appalling experience. The service is horrific-there is absolutely no one to talk to. It feels like trying to communicate with a robot. The entire hotel reeks. The room stinks of cigarettes, and I found hair on the bed-maybe from a cat? I honestly don't know. There was also hair in the shower, and the bathroom itself was filthy. The hotel is generally disgusting; there is trash scattered all over the floors. It’s 1:30 AM and sleep is impossible because people are shouting in the hallways. It’s just repulsive. An utterly shocking experience, especially considering the exorbitant price I paid. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. I am never coming back. To top it off, the sink is clogged. We just checked in and I’m sure there are more "surprises" waiting for us. Disgusting!!!! One last thing: I am genuinely worried that my car or my belongings will be stolen while parked here. This place feels completely unsafe.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Best Western in Nashville. The condition of the room was unacceptable — it was dirty, with stained sheets, unclean walls, and worst of all, roaches. It is completely unbelievable that a hotel in this condition is even operating, let alone charging guests. What made the experience even worse was the lack of understanding from management. I was questioned about why I didn’t leave that same night, but I arrived at 11 PM after a late flight with two small children. Leaving at that hour, in an unfamiliar city, was simply not a safe or realistic option. We left the next morning at 9 AM as soon as we could. To add to the concern, the environment outside the hotel felt unsafe. There were people smoking marijuana right outside the entrance, and I was catcalled while walking from my rental car with my children. That was extremely uncomfortable and alarming. We booked this hotel through Team Travel Source for a cheer competition, expecting a safe and clean place to stay. Instead, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially families traveling with children.

The heavy set guy at the front desk may need to work on his customer service skills, his attitude was shifty. When I got to the room, there was no desk chair in my room and I requested a desk chair several times and never received it. I also requested an extra blanket and was told that they did not have any because laundry was closed. They never checked back with me to let me know when one became available. I also notice when I was in the lobby area that the staff caters to certain groups of people because I saw Shifty guy at two different times served Caucasian people extra blankets. They had trash in the corner of the hallway by the elevator that was sitting there a long period of time. That type of stuff causes rodents. In the laundry area none of the washers worked when I tried using a washer that looked like it was working, the washer did not rinse my clothes out correctly and I had to go to the nearest laundromat, so I wasted $2.00. It also smelled like fish & cat litter near the laundry and fitness center. Also I was there for 4 nights they served the same breakfast everyday, those sausage patties were not very tasty at all. The only good thing about this hotel is that they have free parking, the room was spacious and only staff member that seemed nice was a guy named Sandy.
