    The customer service from Richie was excellent he was very polite and helpful at all times. The location is great. This my first time staying at the hotel franchise it was two things that I didn’t like here. First of all the water in the shower so weak I felt like I was taking a cool shower then you couldn’t Bluetooth the tv. I haven’t been to hotel in years were you have to bring a fire stick or device to stream.

    The staff was WONDERFUL! Anthony Reynolds was on the night shift last night. He went above and beyond to help my family. Also, Angel was so sweet and bubbly this morning. They made an undesirable situation a great one. Thank you.

    Stayed here for a day. It's a old remodeled old building. The rooms were very clean, minimilsric and organised. The front desk associate, Angel was very cordial. Ample of parking, believe there was a small fee for parking. Not suitable for light sleepers. Sounds from surrounding rooms are fairly audible. You can hear airplanes take off fairly loud.

    The rooms were very clean. Parking plentiful. Ms Q and Angel were nothing short of amazing. Very accommodating. Came in town for a funeral and got to hotel early. They let me do an early check in to get myself together and I really appreciate the hospitality. Employees like them make you wanna come back. My next trip in June I will surely be back.

    This Avid hotel was modern and clean. If you get her as your check-in person, Angel is great! She was our front desk attendant and she was very friendly and sweet — an absolute GEM at this property! She was very knowledgeable about this hotel as well as Nashville night life. We'll definitely stay here again when we’re in town.
