Staff and managers didn’t know this I had to email them the benefits for platinum elite. Even then with a room available they wouldn’t do it because it was a 2 bedroom and only wanted to give me a 1 bedroom. Every other staybridge has given us the upgrade. This manager must have been to high on her horse as this costs her nothing since no one was using the room and no where in IHG does it say we can’t upgrade to that room. Super disappointed but I guess if you want an upgrade and to be treated well as platinum or diamond don’t go to this hotel!! She shouldn’t be manager if she doesn’t know how IHG benefits work!

The housekeeping was non-existent. I had to take out my own trash and ask for clean towels. Breakfast was very basic and eggs were cold more days than not. Chairs in the dining room were stained with food and drinks. My wife stayed in this hotel once before and according to her, the service was much better in the past. Hopefully this decline in quality is temporary.

Also, enforce not leaving clothes in for hours at a time. I don't care about $20. I want to have washers and dryers that work when I go to use them. If I'm already paying $150-200 per night, why would I care about $20?
