  Stayed here on 12/26/25. Hands down the best holiday inn express I have ever stayed in. This is a new hotel with spot on staff, location, cleanliness, and service. It is well situated, 25 minutes to Nashville, adjacent to great shopping ceneter and restaurants. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN NO DOUBTS!!

  Beautiful new hotel. A fire box in the back patio.. comfy lounge/couch chair in the hotel room.. large walk-in shower with glass doors and convenient ledges inside.. EV charging stations.. immaculate room.. I give this hotel an A+ for the care and thoughtfulness they’ve put into the details.

  Stayed here with my spouse and two adult-sized children. We chose this hotel because we've had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express in the past, and because it's a hotel that can accommodate my kids' desire to not have to share a bed. The 2 queen suite was perfect for our needs. This is a newer hotel (built in 2024, I believe), so everything was in great condition. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The beds were super comfortable, and even the bathroom was spacious. The shower head was plenty high for my tall family (with a 6'2", a 5'11", and a 5'10" among us, this is often an issue in hotel showers). Breakfast was great - not gourmet, of course, but plenty of options for a hot breakfast: pancake machine, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy, a variety of toast options, hard-boiled eggs, and yogurt. There were no issues with our room, so we didn't really have any service needs, but the staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival, at breakfast, and at checkout. Our only issue was accessing the wi-fi from our room. We were able to connect from the lobby, but multiple times attempts to connect from our second-floor room failed to connect after timing out. We'll definitely return. It was a very restful stay!

  Very nice and clean. Comfortable. Staff were accommodating and respectful. We played cards in the lobby with the kids and it was comfortable and quaint. It felt like home. Fireplace outside and inside. Breakfast was good.

  They are currently under renovation, but dont inform you until you get there. Elevator does not work. There was no hot breakfast, the food that was there looked to be days old. There was no fridge or microwave or coffee maker in the room. Our room was definitely not cleaned prior to check in. There were bugs along the window sill and the floor. Not just one here and there. Literally lining the window and floor wall. There was mold in the bathroom sink. The counter was dirty and the towels were folded sitting on the filth. We checked out early because of this. When I told the receptionist the issues, she put we were leaving to get home. No sympathy for the issues. Finally got in contact with the manager, she stated we would get refunded for the second night and I would recieve additional point to my IHG account. We are still waiting on those promises 3 weeks later. Horrible experience, definitely go somewhere else.
