Seems the person at the front desk did not put online our complaints. Only that we were leaving to get home due to weather. We have plenty pictures to prove the condition of the rooms. The owner even seen us packing up to leave early as he was walking past our room.

- BLBeth LamkinNov 19, 20251.0I called the day we got to this hotel and let them know that there was animal hair all over our beds, the sheets clearly had been slept in, and our room smelled so bad. I called Monday to speak with a manager and they said he wasn’t in. I called again today to find out why I hadn’t heard from him. I’m really disgusted with how things have been handled after being in the hospitality industry myself for 15 years. I was bitten by bed bugs and have still not gotten a call back!

Oh and they tried to have us stay in a room with water damage, possibly from the fire suppression system? Anyway, steer clear for the next few months.
- AAAL alonzoOct 21, 20251.0First I’m a holiday inn member and when I made a reservation on line for this hotel they should of noted that it was under remodeling and if I would of known I would of never made a reservation, first of all no hot breakfast between Monday thru Thursday, in my room I could only get one channel on my tv , can’t take a nap in the middle of the day cause to much noise while under remodeling the elevator stops at every floor down even though nobody requested it, up is ok so.the WiFi sometimes works you’ve been warned even though the website doesn’t Warn you
