My husband, our two little kids, and I stayed here over Christmas break, and he honestly made our trip so much better. From the moment we checked in, he was kind, patient, and just genuinely helpful in a way you don’t see often anymore. He gave us amazing local food recommendations (every single one was a hit), helped us with anything we needed, and somehow always had a smile even when the lobby was busy. You can tell he actually cares about the people staying here, and that kind of service deserves to be recognized by name. Our Christmas experience was already special, but Darryl made it even better. I really hope management sees this because he is truly one of the best front desk reps we’ve ever met. Thank you, Darryl!

- AHAllison HathcoteDec 14, 20253.0The good: Great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants. Area feels safe. Plenty of parking in well lit areas. Front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is very clean. The Bad: Everything was medicore. The bed is "ok", not very comfortable. The phone in the room doesn't work. The TV won't work as the internet is glitchy. Don't plan to connect to their internet to work, you will get nothing done. Our hallway smelled like pot (the front desk apparently handled that guest). The walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. And lastly, the toilet paper provided is essentially useless. I'm not difficult to please and I'm not typically a complainer. This was fine for one night. I just found it obnoxious that even the basic things (like a working tv and phone) all constantly had issues.

My finacee and I stayed for two in a half weeks and they did not acknowledge my finacee the whole time she was there too bad she played professional basketball and she could have contributed to this hotel.
