I work close to this hotel but I live in Nashville and booked here to avoid driving back and forth since I’d have to be at work extremely early both days. The first night my check in was great! The girl at the front desk was really nice. The second night not so much. The guy at the FD was rude. Unprovoked. Unfriendly and very snappy with his responses which caught me off guard. I won’t be staying here again. There are so many other hotels in this area with the same price range and I don’t have to spend my hard earned money where I am not respected as a paying customer.
