  I was charged the cost for 2 rooms plus an additional $129.44 for incidentals that was supposed to be refunded 2-3 days after checkout. Checkout was January 28, 2026 and I still don't have the refund. There is no contact information for anyone to help with this since it is a past reservation. The number they give is to an automated system that requires an itinerary number which doesn't exist, I have a confirmation number but it won't accept it. Basically it is a scam and there is no way to discuss why they have not refunded me. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I just want to warn others so they don't get scammed like I did.

  Great experience - Tina at the front desk was wonderful and Wayne in the breakfast area was as well. We were staying due to a power outage that was very stressful and had an amazing visit. Everyone working there was so accommodating. The entire hotel was so clean. Thank you for all your effort and kindess. Debbie & David

  The stay, was immaculate, rooms were spacious, giving comfort and relaxation... Every person that worked there, was nice and informative in regards to whatever questions, that happened to be asked... Thank you ,so much, for your hospitality and can't wait to go back for another stay...

  We made two separate stops here. One heading down south. Then, a few days later, another heading back up north. For a funeral and then back home. The rooms were clean. And spacious. Everything worked the way it should. The food was pleasant, the coffee tasty, and the exercise room functional. And the pool was also available. I'm kind of a neurotic, so I also checked for bedbugs. Two beds per room, and two separate rooms. No issue there, either. However- I did see a previous review mention LADYBUGS. While our room was fine, the mother-in-law found some in her room. She didn't mind them. but my little boy was spooked at the idea of sharing a room with them. They didn't bother me, to be sure. And the MIL sees them as good luck. And I know LBs like to winter in warm rooms, and it's definitely cold right now. Just wanted to confirm that they are, in fact, a thing here. If LBs scare you, be warned! When we make another trip south (hopefully under better circumstances), we'll use this place again.
