- LFLinda FloydNov 7, 20251.0My mother booked a room and there’s no microwave she stayed there before and she had a microwave and a fridge and it was Avid. She has a special need kid and gotta go down stairs to warm his food up and the price is to high not to have anything in the room not even a ice box to put your ice in.
- EEEmilyOct 14, 20253.0Not what it used to be…we waited over 90 minutes after check in for room to be ready (even though I am an IHG member) the window blind was broken and stuck open so when the sun rose everyone was awake and the street lights came in at night. Part of the window frame was completely loose. The wi-fi was not programmed for room number and last name. No one came in during the stay to replenish towels.

There was one person working the front desk and no managers on the property at all. When she called the manager they said there was nothing they could do and that he was 3 hours away out of town. When I asked if there was another manager available at all I was told no. They then told me they can’t look at the footage of the parking lot and there was nothing they could do. They were absolutely no help at all.

Lobby pretty Great location for shoping and food but th location itself is hidden hard to find. Took 2 hrs to check inapparently phones weren't working to get with reversations. Would not stay here again!
