The room was very clean, the facilities are new, and the staff were friendly. Special thanks to Mari, who gave us a warm welcome on New Year’s Eve and provided excellent service. We will definitely come back again!

I stayed around thanksgiving time to visit family and I really enjoyed it!
The hotel is right next to a big shopping center with many food and shopping options. It is in a more quiet area too which was nice. It also isn’t too far from downtown.
The room was comfortable and simple. I wouldn’t necessarily stay there for a long term stay as the room had no coffee or microwave, but still great for a shorter stay!
The staff was also great and very friendly. The two ladies I saw the most was Breanna and Izzy. They were very kind and helpful!
CJ at the restaurant was also great and made great food!
I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Very clean hotel with great friendly staff. Izzy at the front desk was exceptional and she was a delight to see every morning. She was so warm, friendly, had a great smile and great personality every time I passed her or had to do business with her. You have a great employee who made sure my stay was very comfortable. It’s because of her that I will be back and will recommend this hotel to my customers. I hope Izzy will be recognized for for the great job she does and the type of employee she is. As someone who managed people I know it’s very hard to find an employee like her. Thank you for keeping such a great hotel and specially thank you Izzy.

So Avid shares the same building as holiday inn and suites. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and I’m a travel advisor. 1st I selected to pay at the property but then the hotel took the first night payment out of my account and we were still 2 states away. Then when we got there they double charged us for one night and kept charging 1 night at a time instead of just taking it all in one sweep. Their policy says nothing about any of this when the room is booked btw. There are no microwaves or coffee pots in the rooms so be aware of that because I overlooked it when I booked. However they advertise that they serve breakfast and that was a joke. They just put out muffins and some granola bars and call it a day. I’ll never book at another avid again. Just go somewhere else and save yourself some hassle. Oh and I had called twice on the way to let them know we would be after 1 am arriving and then when I got there at 130 the lady gave me grief saying it’s a good thing we got there when we did because she was about to turn in paperwork for the night. Then tried to say there were no notes stating I’d called prior to inform them we were running late. Which she later recounted because she found them. Don’t stay here.

The rooms are modern and clean, be aware there isn't any storage drawers to put away items. They do have a cube and a little bench type thing where you can stack clothing. To us that isn't a big deal.
There aren't any frills to the room but for us that's fine because we don't travel to hang out in our room.
The bed was comfortable, which is a huge deal for us because beds are rarely comfortable when we travel.
The staff is very polite and friendly and accommodating.
The only thing stopping may review from 5 stars is the the breakfast sucks. There is cereal cups , bagels, some microwaveable Jimmy Dean sandwiches and oatmeal cups.
You'd get a better selection at a gas station. The sweet woman working the breakfast area was very apologetic and said they are changing it up and will be offering more selections in the coming weeks.
Hopefully the next time we stay it will be improved.
Overall, we enjoy Avid hotels and will likely stay again.
