  Great location with nearby shopping and restaurants as well as onsite restaurant. Staff was friendly. Rooms are small. Bed was comfortable. No closet..no drawers. One chair. The shower had mildew/mold but overall the room was decent.

  The staff here is very friendly and helpful. CJ was down an employee, but served us calmly with a smile. Izzy and Darryl at the front desk are happy, helpful, and ready to answer questions or have a chat. Darryl had back-to-back long shifts, and was super cheerful every time we saw him. Great value for the room price! If our room had a shelf under each nightstand and perhaps another chair instead of the extra table, I would give the room a 5. We were very pleased though, and will stay at more Avid Hotels!

  Darryl was the best He is Heaven sent me and my husband was on the rode tired walk in lobby he greeted us with a beautiful smile I knew then everything was going be ok 10 /10 amazing !!!!!

  The rooms are clean and have no carpet. Though they are small in size, it's perfect for a short stay. Darryl at the customer service desk was exceptional in finding us a room after driving all night and made us feel very welcomed with this outgoing personality. This was our first time using Avid, but we will return.

  So where do I begin, I walked into the lobby and stood there for almost 15 min without anyone at the desk. I even walked around and was like hellooooo? I stood patiently and waited because I get it, stuff happens maybe there was an emergency. So then, I booked a king suite.. because mommy needed a night away to rest…andddd there wasn’t one wasn’t available when I got here. I showed up to check in around 445-5 so I didn’t show up early. Check in is at 3 and they didn’t have one available because the cleaners were so busy they couldn’t keep up. The young lady then gave me a double queen because she could tell I was just EXHAUSTED. Then the WiFi ….. it was absolutely terrible to get attached to. I get into my room and my shower is DIRTY. Had hair and grime in a lot of spots. I just scrubbed it clean because I do that most times in hotels anyways, but…. Once I was in the shower and went to use the complementary Dove shampoo and conditioner.. nothing.. I’m soaking wet 😫without any soap! So I get out, after getting wet, and called the front desk. Bless this girls heart who is at the front desk because she is stretched too thin. She was able to find me some shampoo and conditioner up at the desk. Thank god. I had to go grab it in my PJS… wet hair and all.. because she is the only person working. This company needs to hire some help. She really tried to help me but cutting corners in staffing and cleanliness is not ok for a hotel. Will not be staying here again. Super upsetting since I had stayed here a year ago and it wasn’t this bad. Do not waste your money.
