To all of you business owners, you know who your critical assets are … and you do whatever you have to do in order to keep them happy, healthy, and motivated. Because these type of employees are game changers. They facilitate the operation and growth of your business as though it were their own. Do you hear me “Hilton Worldwide”? Your training had nothing to do with this individual’s performance. This kind of attention to detail & conscientious cannot be taught or replicated … it’s a piece of the fiber of the individual. And these individuals should be paid well, given bonuses, and acknowledged for their exceptional performance throughout the entire year. Tragically, especially in the hospitality field - I’ve noticed that they’re a dying breed. Largely because most “hotel chains” pay their employees as little as possible. I digress … Thank you everyone at The Hampton Inn - Morristown, TN (Winners Circle Rd.) Excellent staff = Excellent stay.

Breakfast was lovely and a welcome warm thing before going back out into the cold. Definitely saving this one for our next travel plans so we can stop here again! Thank you so so much!!

All the staff we came in contact with was friendly, specifically the cleaning staff and the gentleman taking care of the breakfast bar. We have two young girls and they interacted with them and made them smile. Even the voices over the walkies sounded extra sweet and friendly. Probably my favorite Hampton Inn location to date.
