Listen up Hilton Worldwide; In the company that I operate, the phrase we use for an employee like Kirsti is “critical asset”. To all of you business owners, you know who your critical assets are … and you do whatever you have to do in order to keep them happy, healthy, and motivated. Because these type of employees are game changers. They facilitate the operation and growth of your business as though it were their own. Do you hear me “Hilton Worldwide”? Your training had nothing to do with this individual’s performance. This kind of attention to detail & conscientious cannot be taught or replicated … it’s a piece of the fiber of the individual. And these individuals should be paid well, given bonuses, and acknowledged for their exceptional performance throughout the entire year. Tragically, especially in the hospitality field - I’ve noticed that they’re a dying breed. Largely because most “hotel chains” pay their employees as little as possible. I digress … Thank you everyone at The Hampton Inn - Morristown, TN (Winners Circle Rd.) Excellent staff = Excellent stay.
