On this trip, there seemed to be an excessive amount of vehicle noises from the Interstate, State hwy and parking area. Mad it difficult to sleep.

This room (107) needs to be taken out of service until the horrible smell is addressed. It smells like wet dog or that the carpets were left wet whenever they were cleaned last. The bed skirts are shredded and need to be changed. Front desk staff over the weekend did all they could and told me management would call me Monday and never did. I finally called Thursday and was told the weekend staff did all they could to accommodate and basically I wasn’t worth a follow up call. Worst Hilton brand experience ever.
