  I was traveling Interstate 81S. On this Interstate, this hotel is a bit out of the way... about 20 min. It was worth it. This hotel is relatively new, as is the entire shopping center area around it. There are stores and restaurants all around. It looks like a very nice place, but I was just at the hotel to crash for the night in the middle of my road trip. Check out my videos of my room. The room was very nice, lacking only some art to decorate the very blank walls. The front desk staff person was very kind and very helpful. Thank you for such a peaceful place to sleep.

  Two doors broken for more than half the time this hotel has been open. 27 days and counting this round, both doors that are broken are located where the majority of the parking is. Staff tends to get argumentative when asked about it.

  I had a great experience! The rooms were spotless, and the location is right in the middle of a lively, growing area. The staff was fantastic and so friendly. Arielle, the Head Housekeeper, did an amazing job and was super helpful in scheduling my room cleaning. Jonathan, Jessica, Bethany, and Sam were always quick to assist me whenever I needed anything at the front desk. I definitely plan to stay here again and again!

  I dislike extended stay hotels because people bring their nasty dogs (they don’t bathe them) and I get flea bites. The front desk response is the worst, they told me, “we haven’t had a dog in that room for so long” —-When I pressed them, how long had it been, one staffer told me 3 weeks…thats not long at all. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, if they didn’t insinuate that I brought them in, since they haven’t had any complaints from that room. They don’t apologize, they don’t offer to help me move rooms, they don’t ask how you’re feeling…I have bug bites up and down my legs and they want to blame me and ask me “what do you want to do about it?” Future reference - I am a person, just be apologetic and have a plan to help fix things instead of blaming me.

  We had a fabulous room (1 bedroom king suite) we traveled with our to small dogs. The hotel was quiet and very clean. Staff was very sweet. The only problem was our live tv wasnt working and it was close to time for our game. Tyhesia made sure we were taken care off and saved the day! We will definitely stay there again.
