Had to call the toll free 800 number to make a reservation. Check in was smooth and easy. Came with 2 dogs so I assume the room was specific to pets? Immediately walked in and found a large brown dried up puddle/stain on the floor. No idea what it was but was pretty gross. Was booked for a 1st floor room and found that the room had a patio with a sliding door that opened right up to the parking lot. All night we could hear people pulling in and out of the parking lot and the proximity to the freeway is really close so if you are sensitive to freeway noise, definitely don’t stay here.. Bed was uncomfortable and loud. Not sure if a spring was broken or just cheap but the slightest movement, even so much as to roll over, sounded like the bed was about to break and woke everyone up in the room every time anyone tried to roll over. Hotel is also pretty sketchy. A lot of utility styles trucks…assumably a popular stay for construction crew? Definitely wouldn’t stay here alone.

I’m one of their best and loyal customers but this is weird to deal with while sleeping sounds like their pest control could be better. Funny my semi doesn’t have any bugs inside these guys were everywhere just imagine what other bugs lurking around in the rooms. I was in room 338 these were everywhere crawling around kill a few more showed up like they spawn out of nowhere I closed the curtains for the night and 1 or 2 fell on me scaring me half to death while on phone call. Unacceptable guys this is not the usual best western quality here so something is up. So I got back in my truck and left I can’t deal with bugs inside these guys my bed and room. I never got a discount or refund or offered another room.
