  I was not a guest at this hotel lastnight however, I did need to use one of their restrooms while I was in the area. There were two bathrooms in the front lobby which is pretty standard for most hotels. But at this location the ladies room was out of order that night. I ended up having to use the men's room but unfortunately the toilet was clogged from previous use. This resulted in my needing to have to ask the lady at the front counter for assistance. The lady did clear toilet and leave me to use the restroom. However, this woman did not let me use the bathroom in peace. She did check on me initially after some time had passed which i thought was polite. However, she came to my door again a few moments later to state that i had been in the bathroom "over an hour." Excuse me? Ok, first of all that was an exaggeration. And secondly, that was very rude. It put me in a position to have to defend the fact that i was not feeling well and did take longer than expected in the bathroom - but not over an hour as she claimed. There is no where stating a time limit to use the restroom posted anywhere and hotels are supposed to promote hospitality last i checked. I would not have even stopped at all had it not been urgent and or necessary before heading home from an out of town visit. However, her unfriendly demeanor upset me to such a degree that i felt it necessary to write a review. And to make matters worse, while i took the time to declare zero recommendation for this facility a police car pulled into the lot. I have no idea if this woman called the cops or not but i will be sure to steer clear of this hotel from now on. I really was just using a restroom in the middle of the night. Every bit of this drama was unwarranted and completely unnecessary and totally unacceptable. One would be better off going to a gas station. I do not recommend going here at all.

  The hotel o is a great place and in an excellent location. It didn’t get five stars because the IHG didn’t give me my points because I blocked 10 rooms. However, my name and credit card paid for it. I will take my business to Hilton where they honor you (me).

  The absolute worst night of my life. Me, my husband, and our two kids we doing a two day stay because we were having some home repairs done. Soon as you walk into the hotel, there is a stench that greets arms open wide. As you walk down the hall all the horrific scrapes, missing paint, dirty rugs, and claw marks on the wall give you the illusion that you are walking into a horror film; which in hindsight we did. The room looked as if someone had just woken up and walked out the room. Of course the beds were made and the trash was taken out. I assume they thought the fecal matter left on the toilet would not be a problem or the makeup smudged on the vanity of the bathroom. Them when I thought that hell froze over because that had to be the worst part. Surprise, it was not. The internet would not work. We tried on several different devices. So imagine when I go to the front dest and ask the attendant for help of course I was not surprised when she said there was nothing she could do to help except give us the 1800help number. All night with two young children. No way for them to watch there comfort shows away from home. Of course there was a 10 year old TV that only showed DirectTV. Reruns are exactly what I want to watch when I am away from my home, said no one in a hotel that was around $400 for two nights. Owwww did I mention the extra $50 a day that is applied to your room PER DAY! 0/10 -5Stars PLEASE STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

  This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Very clean, and the entire staff was very friendly and professional. You could tell everyone got along very well, like family. Thank you to everyone for making our stay enjoyable.
