  Brent the manager was a very sharp man who made us feel most welcome from the moment we walked in and he runs a good hotel. The food was delicious. Housekeeping personnel were very friendly and eager to help. Our room was small but definitely sufficient. The bed was comfy. Thank y'all for a great stay!

  I wasn’t planning to stop in Memphis at all. I was in the middle of traveling to another state when news of a tornado storm forced me to find somewhere safe & fast. What started as a stressful, uncertain situation quickly turned into an experience I’ll never forget, all because of one person. When I walked into the hotel, I was tired, anxious, and just hoping for a smooth check-in. That’s when I met Brent Cosgrove at the front desk. From the very first interaction, he didn’t treat me like just another guest, he treated me like someone who genuinely needed care in that moment. Brent immediately made me feel at ease. He was calm, patient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed during the storm. His attention to detail and genuine concern stood out in a way that you don’t often see. It wasn’t just good customer service—it was real empathy. Because of Brent, what could have been a stressful and unsettling night turned into one where I actually felt safe and taken care of. He represents exactly what hospitality should be. Brent deserves to be recognized for the way he goes above and beyond. If you stay here, just know you’re in great hands.

  Giving 5 Stars because Zee's hospitality was fantastic. The buttered biscuits were hot and plentiful, and when we were done Zee was right there asking if she could take our plates and seeing if there was anything we needed. Great service all the way around.

  Oberflächlich betrachtet ist es ein solides Hotel. Das Zimmer hat für die Preisklasse einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht, das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und es gab genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze am Hotel. Wenn man jedoch genauer hinschaut und das tun wir Europäer gern, dann erkennt man die vielen kleinen Mängel und die Dinge die nicht gehen. Bspw. wird die Lobby, vermutlich aus Platzgründen, auch als Dining-Area und Büro genutzt. Jedenfalls würde das den Computer inkl. Drucker erklären. Die Hotelrechnung wurde am Tag der Abreise einfach unter der Zimmertür durchgeschoben. Wo sind wir, auf Klassenfahrt? Was mir persönlich nicht gefällt und da sind vermutlich alle Europäer gleich, das man das ohnehin schon qualitativ eher weniger wertige Essen mit Plastikbesteck und Styropor-Tellern und -Bechern zu sich nehmen muss. Das produziert Unmengen an Müll, der Augenscheinlich auch nicht getrennt wird. Alles in allem hat mir der Aufenthalt dennoch gefallen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt um Memphis zu erkunden, ist das Hotel, aufgrund seiner Lage, bestens geeignet.
