First of all, Asia that works at the front desk is absolutely wonderful, friendly and so helpful. She made us feel so welcome when we arrived. Our room was beautiful, clean and had a killer view of downtown Memphis. We also loved the nod to the history of the hotel with the lovely decor. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the close location to all the historic and wonderful attractions and places to see the city has to offer.
On a down side there were a few employees that weren't so kind to us and even made us feel like we didn't belong there. That was a definite downer to our stay and made us sad.

Had to travel to Memphis for a family emergency and stayed at this hotel using AMEX benefits. It is a very pretty hotel and easy to get to. Every interaction I had with staff was a home run. They couldn’t have possibly been any better. Victoria, Ajha, and Ron were the ones I remember. Highly recommend staying here even it’s a bit out of your way.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Central Station Hotel. The location is absolutely charming, right across the street from the iconic Arcade Restaurant, which has been around since 1919 and was even a favorite of Elvis. Such a fun piece of Memphis history to have steps away. There are also a few cute little shops nearby that make the area feel lively and walkable.
The hotel itself is beautiful and unique, with a vibe that feels both stylish and welcoming. The rooms are on the smaller side, but once you settle in, it’s easy to get past that — everything is thoughtfully designed and comfortable.
Most importantly, the staff was incredibly sweet and polite, which really made the stay feel special. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a little different with lots of character.

2nd Update, impeccable service. I can safely say at this point that the first rooms condition was taken seriously. I am not generally one to take upgrades or freebies. That being said I was provided a room upgrade and what a difference. The suite is incredibly beautiful and unique. This is what I have come to expect from a 4 star Hilton brand hotel. Worth checking out.
Update, I have spoken to Victoria and she has taken the condition very seriously and explained how she intends to address the plethora of issues with the accommodation. I will state i was impressed with her professionalism and direct approach to the issues. Due to the response I have modified my review to reflect the positive service provided.
Well where to start. For a curio 4star hotel i am completely disappointed. The condition of the room makes me question if I should continue being an honors member. Torn blinds, every wall has damage or stains, broken fixtures, pee stains on the bathroom floor, un cleaned toilets. What a disgrace to the hilton name. And then on top of it i am told the "included" parking is an additional 29 dollars per night. Get it together hilton. Maybe ill see what the other chains have to offer. I am in a hilton every two weeks and this is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of staying in.
