  I have been a loyal guest of Staybridge Suites for years, staying at numerous locations across the country, but this particular stay was a massive disappointment. As a frequent traveler who usually enjoys the brand's consistency, I can easily say this was my least favorite experience. The Issues: Hygiene and Maintenance: Upon entering the bathroom, I discovered visible mold growing on the ceiling. To make matters worse, the common areas were equally neglected; as soon as I stepped off the elevator, I was hit with a strong, unmistakable smell of dog urine. Pest Control: The most alarming moment occurred during breakfast when I spotted a cockroach crawling directly on the dry foods counter. This is a severe health violation that completely ruined the dining experience for me. Management and Service: I initially reported these issues to the front desk staff, who were genuinely apologetic and seemed concerned. However, the interaction with the manager was incredibly off-putting. Instead of taking professional accountability, he attempted to "schmooze" his way out of the situation with a superficial, insincere attitude that felt more like a fast-food manager dealing with a minor order error than a hospitality professional addressing serious sanitary issues. His demeanor was pretentious and dismissive, which only added to my frustration. I expect a much higher standard from IHG and staybridge.

  i was having a tough christmas and the service in the hotel really created a safe place for me to duck out from family drama. the kitchen and breakfast crew was so wonderful michael at the front desk was kind and helpful during a tough holiday. would recommend

  For the price we paid, this was perfect. We stay in fancy resorts and hotels all over the country and Caribbean, but we just needed a clean place to sleep before spouses surgery. It was perfect for that. I am very picky about a clean room- I still cloroxed everything- but I did not see a bug, hair, dirty smear, dust- nothing. It was so clean, and the bed looked spotless as well(I always check corners of mattress first! We had lots of a room, were tickled that it had a full fridge, microwave, and stovetop! We didn’t use them but found it novel it was there- for less than $120 a night! The pillows were comfy, bed just firm enough, and there was hot water in the shower- with a bathroom vent, which is rare in a hotel. We can’t speak to the breakfast, we had to leave early for the surgery, but there was a large buffet area for the setup- and I smelled bacon cooking as we checked out. We would stay here again, for sure. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but other reviews helped me choose this hotel, and we’re glad for it, so I wanted to share our experience for someone else.

  You could tell they had tried to make the room look nicer, but the patched up areas looked really bad. A lot of chipped and nicked walls and furniture. Relatively clean. The breakfast was great. The stay was overpriced. Overall, I would not stay again.
