The room was clean and stocked with items that would be needed. All staff were helpful and always had a HI and have a nice day. Breakfast had a great layout of choices and real dishes/silverware. The gentleman on duty for breakfast was the same helpful and pleasantry as all other staff. We would highly recommend and will stay again when in Memphis. Trip was both business and pleasure.

Check in was super easy and accommodating. But what really makes this hotel stand out above many was the staff! Ricki at the front desk was always so kind and quick with any requests I might’ve had! The young man and lady who cook in the morning and evening truly enjoyed their position as Chefs. They always had such nice presentations of the chosen foods for the day. ( rarity in hotels now days) plus their sweet conversations made the day complete. Apon check out the front desk lady had the cutest hair pretty that said Boo and was such a beautiful soul! The cleaning staff were very nice as well and full of smiles! The staff truly make this place! The charges were on point! ( which means a lot for expense reports.. All in all my 3 weeks stay was pleasant! May the establishment and its staff be blessed beyond measure 🩷

There were some complaints about the AC but I found my AC worked well. There were some issues with the gym equipment but part of the problem was fixed before I left and I was able to use it again. They offer social hours during the week and also have breakfast. The breakfast is standard IHG breakfast. Overall, my stay was good and I will be rebooking on future work trips.
