She really didn’t care how this inconvenienced us, 6 girls and 1 adult in one room with 1 king bed ! This hotel is outdated and more like a motel! The blankets are NOT plush down comforters like I was shown they literally use hospital blankets. The dining chairs are peeling cheap leather. The refrigerator had strands of hair in it, The tvs are old with no apps on them such as Netflix or Hulu. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I can’t wait til this one night is over. I wish I could rate this experience 0 stars.

Air only worked in half of the room. Chairs are worn down with rips in them. Hallways smell like mold and weed. Even for a night it’s not worth the money. The only reason I gave it two stars is because of its proximity to things.

Pee stains on all bedding, kitchen furniture looked like it was pulled out of the garbage, filthy room, filthy hallways, carpet in room was ripped, ice scraps from another guest in the freezer, human hair in the freezer, elevators were filthy. Cops were in the lobby when I arrived, not a good sign. It’s across from FedEx global headquarters so I expected more. I’m a Diamond Member and had to check out as soon as I opened my room door. Don’t stay here… This will not be a Hilton family chain property for much longer. 1 bright spot- The staff working there is super nice. I feel bad they have to put up with this.

The building you stay in is separate from check in location not really an issue. The building with the rooms is dirty,and smells like it has never been cleaned. My room was horrendous when I called to have my room changed I was told to just pick up the room key after I returned from work. When I go to get the key its another gaslighting situation. If you know better you do better. And this location should be called Super 8 not homewood suites. Let's not mention the GM who doesn't even bother to return calls. HONEST THE OWNER CAN KEEP THE BS GENERIC MESSAGE.
