    This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The toilet has mold or something GROWING under the water. The floors were sticky. My daughter and I had headaches all weekend that had to be something in the room since it was so nasty. Toilet would not flush either. Didn’t find that out until AFTER I took a #2. So that was fun. Floors were unswept and if you use any pots and pans from the kitchen, then get a tetanus shot. STAY AWAY! This should be called a motel. We would have left and asked for a refund but no other hotels were available due to events going on in the city.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. This is not a family or a business hotel in any way. I would give negative stars if I could. The hotel is beyond worn out. The room they gave me, 118, was full of mold and has some chemical cleaner in it and the hallway and everyone was coughing. Front desk rolled their eyes when I requested another room and location, but said they had no more rooms. From the short time there, it looks like the hotel is used by low income, unhoused, or migrants, as a means of a long term housing, as very large groups of people were entering or exiting the rooms at a time, very late at night.

    Cleaning =0 terrible customer service= 1 Water dumping from drain. Room was dirty and smelled horrible. Front desk just played on their phone and was rude. Update, found live roach in the bathroom. Checked out immediately.

    I travel for soccer and I stay in Hilton hotels 90% of the time and I have never left a bad review ! This is the first time I have EVER been this disappointed in a hotel and I have to express my disappointment because this is unacceptable!! This hotel is advertised as having a full kitchen with utensils and plateware for 4 which is the reason I chose this one but it had NOTHING! When I picked up the room phone to see if they could bring some, guess what, the phone didn't work so I had to walk to the front desk. The door to our hallway does now close so it's a safety issue, the smell in the room and hallway is horrendous, the shower was not clean with hair and stains on the floor, there was a dirty mitten left in the microwave, the water pressure sucks, we saw a ROACH, the heat did not work and we couldn't check in until after 3. The staff that I spoke with expressed apologies, offered additional Hilton points , and were nice but this can't be fixed! No offer to discount the room, comp a night or anything!! If cleanliness and getting the amenities that were a part of your stay are of no concern to you, then this is the place for you BUT if any of the above matters.....DO NOT STAY HERE! The area is nice but this hotel is not. This is the worse experience I have ever had. If this was my only option, I would sleep in my car before I ever would stay here again. I wish I could add pictures and video. I will be calling corporate, BBB or someone to share this experience because this is just highly unacceptable. Offer something other than apologies......DO BETTER!! UPDATE....The response from the owner is the most generic response and the same that is given to each complaint. No more generic responses, just DO BETTER!! The manager contacted me and was able to make monetary adjustments and as I mentioned , the staff has been really nice so it is appreciated but the owner needs to make some major adjustments to make guest feel clean and welcomed.

    I have been a hilton honors member for a long time and I lived at many homewood suites. I was visiting a customer and was in town from Sunday night leaving Thursday morning this week. The hot water does not work, I told the receptionist and her suggestion was to keep the water running for 15+ minutues, she moved us from 1 room to another, same problem. The microwave didnt work in the first room. The chairs are peeling and are old. The utentils are FILTHY. I asked for the managers card and they DO NOT HAVE THE MANAGERS CARDS AT THE RECEPTION THEY ADVERTISE THAT THERE IS AN EVENING SOCIAL but that apparently only happens on WEDNESDAY THE MICOWAVE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS FILTHY I HAVE PICTURES OF ALL OF THESE and have uploaded them This stay is much worser than staying at a motel, the people posting about the smell of weed are not wrong Do not stay at this place,
