Chairs peeling. Hall and elevator seemed like weed. Room dirty. Broken furniture. Peeling wall paper. No hand soap. No dish detergent. No utensils or cook ware. Walked in and walked right back out. @hilton should remove their name from this location

The breakfast staff were extremely friendly. My door look like it was kicked in and then just painted it over 415. Front desk does not answer when you call.

The furnitures are old, seat covers are torn. No body wash provided, they just gave couple of soap bars ! Breakfast - potatoes were raw on all 3 days. Weird design of keeping the reception area and the main hotel seperated, in winter you have to pass through a open area to get to your room. One of my friend who had booked earlier was not given room, though the staff helped moving the reservation to Hampton but this was very unusual experience
- DMDeonte McCulloughDec 9, 20251.0Unfortunately this hotel has bed bugs I woke up at 5 am to one crawling across my pillow I was so disgusted and traumatized for I am out here on a work trip and cannot just leave I was granted another room but once in new room I can no longer access the WiFi and the room was not cleaned properly for I did find a used towel under the desk and only half a roll of tissue in the bathroom the ladies at the front desk are awesome but the living situation here is not acceptable I don’t usually leave reviews but this definitely deserves a review my body aches of bug bites and I am forced to stay here two more weeks for work I just pray that nothing else comes up my time here
