  My family and I went to Memphis to see the Trail-blazers vs Grizzlies. We decided to stay here. I was restless all night. DARNISHIA (NIGHT AUDITOR) Was so welcoming and pleasant. She answered all my questions, assisted me in all my needs and makes me want to come to Memphis again So I can stay in this hotel. What an Absolutely Beautiful Human Being.

  I had a fantastic stay in Memphis. Charita S. went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable during my visit. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly stood out. It's always refreshing to encounter someone who takes such pride in delivering great service. Thank you for making the stay seamless!

  I've really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are clean and the hotel is new. The staff have been wonderful. Location is good. Parking is limited in the lot and a little expensive at $35/day but street parking is free on the side streets bordering the hotel. The gym was well-equipped for a hotel gym. One of the better free self-service breakfasts I've had at hotel.

  I stayed at Home2 Suites for well over two months after my house burned down. While I was staying there I discovered I was pregnant. There was another guest that was there long term with her son's and over time my boyfriend and I befriended her. Her son is terminally ill and liked playing with our puppies. So we would hang out with the mom while he played with our pups. Turns out this women was mentally ill and had poor boundaries. I told her to stop coming around as her behavior was toxic and she continued to come to our room unannounced. She started sleeping with h one of the staff ar the hotel and befriended the manager. The manager started telling her personal information about my stay and things felt uncomfortable. The issues with this woman escalated to a point of her threatening harm against me and my unborn child. So I called the police. She came to my door and was causing a scene. Later while taking my dogs out she when off and started threatening me again infant of the staff she was sleeping with and her manager friend. The next day. The hotel notified my insurance that I was being kicked out of the hotel and the money I paid for the next two weeks would not be refunded. My life and pregnancy was being threatened repeatedly and instead of addressing the issue with this woman they kicked me out with no refund. Staff and management here have very poor boundaries. Violate privacy rights including giving this crazy woman my full legal name, and violated my ADA rights.

  This hotel needs to remove their Diamond Member parking spaces if they aren’t going to let Diamond members park in them. I parked in the diamond member spot because I am a diamond member but was rudely told I have to move my car and pay for Valet even though the spots were completely open. Terrible system and terrible treatment of Diamond members. Do better and get better staff
