The only real complaint I have 🤷♀️ the front desk girl that was there at check in and check out was super sweet and friendly. Wish all hotel workers were like that

The hotel has an awesome staff, comfortable rooms and awesome setup in the hotel lobby. Breakfast cost is $12 per person but it's good and satisfying... I will be back to stay again.

- SSslimcutie21Oct 19, 20251.0NASTY NASTY AND NASTY!!!!!!!!! Is the only word I have for this hotel. Booked a room for me and my husband to stay as we were in town to see family. First room we were given the door was wide open when we got to the room. Told the front desk and we were given another room. Next room was okay or so I thought. I go to use the bathroom and what do I see 2 roaches. One in the shower and one on the bathroom floor. Just crawling like it was night out at the roach club. I called the front desk to make the aware of the problem. The rude front desk agent didn’t say I’m sorry or anything. Just what you want me to do. She offered another room I declined and told her I wasn’t taken anything back home with me that I didn’t bring here. Meaning the damn ROACHES!!!! I left to check into another hotel and will be contacting Expedia for a refund. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
