The hotel manager told me they fired security after a previous vehicle break in situation and hadn’t hired new security. It was costly to replace the window and the manager told me he would give me points to help with the expense. Not only did I never receive any points, I was still charged for my room that night. This is a good part of town, but it’s still Memphis. Stay at your own risk.

Upon entering the room there was an unbearable smell, luckily we would get used to it after about 15 minutes. We didn't want to ask for a new room since we were only sleeping there and moving to a new room seemed like a hassle. But our key card never worked and we would have to go to the front desk to get it re-coded. But the final blow and the one that had prompted me to write this review is that on our last day we saw ROACHES! It was disgusting and we were out of there!
