  Can't go anywhere without your room key. Littered with police and military presence. Security guard had Horrible attitude. Kinda like a mini jail.

  This is my second year in a row using this property and this year was the same horrible experience as last year. The staff including the manager are very disrespectful and rude and have tried to deny me my qualifying nights and IHG points both last year and this year. I had to jump through hoops to get what I was entitled to through the IHG hotline. The food at this location has not been satisfactory and even if you purchase a meal you are still told that if you want a soda, you must go to the front desk and pay another 5 dollars for the drink. The burgers were undercooked and if you have a large party staying at this property they will run out of food and everyone will not get to eat. The last night that my wife and I stayed here the TV remote batteries died so I called the front desk and asked if they could bring new batteries to my room number. I was told by Erica at the front desk that if I wanted new batteries I would have to get out of bed and come get them myself at the front desk. I asked her if she could just bring them to my room and then she hung up on me. Moments later a security team member knocked on my door with batteries and then went on to ask me why I was the one being so rude…. I explained to him that I was hung up on for simply asking for batteries and that I would be filing a complaint about Erica. I filed the complaint through the IHG App and someone was quick to respond with assistance. They themselves reached out to the property to speak to Erica and then informed me that they were also treated with disrespect from her and transferred to a different desk while they were in the middle of talking to her. I travel year around and have for the past 18 years and have never seen anything like this property and how they conduct themselves. I would not recommend staying at this property as there are several great hotels in the Memphis area.

  Very nice hotel. I wish I could give a better description, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Took the blankets off the bed slept on the couch.

  This was an amazing spot. A family gathering, getaway, business, romantic, etc. I felt safe during my stay. Stephanie and Tobria were great during my check-in and stay. This was the first stay that had key-entry for elevators, parking area, and stairs. The bar/restaurant was pleasant and inviting. There were chips sat out for game night. (Hospitality) if 10 star could be given I would give it that. Indoor heating pool and clean fitness area. It was down for a few hours but back up 4hrs later. deep pool (kiddie pool is out)
