Extremely disappointed. We checked in just shortly ago. Phone in room not working, left over drinks from prior guest, and leak in bathroom ceiling with a trash can filled with about 8in of water in it. View of city is actually a parking garage. Couldn’t call down to front desk as phone doesn’t work. Went down. Spoke with gentleman, let him know. Response was okay thanks for letting us know. Not “do you want to switch rooms, let me accommodate you from issues, or how can I assist.” Nothing. Called guest relations, their answer is to call front desk and have manager call once back. Will not be staying at hotel again.

Beware of this hotel! When I first pulled up I was approached by a rude lady in valet. He statement was, “valet is $30.00 per night. you can park here or somewhere else”! So we went to check in and the two gentleman were very pleasant and checked us in. I went to grab a luggage rack and the wheels were flat and the it was dysfunctional. So we finally make it to the 7th floor and what hit with a horrible smell! The entire hall smelled like mildew! We checked our room which seemed nice but the bath tub was the size for a child and it looked unclean. We wasted no time getting out of there! As we checked back out the two guys at the front desk stated that they just reopened due to a flood!

Before I share the negativity of this place, I would like to say Joy, the front desk receptionist was amazing!!! Joy was patient with us and with the condition of the hotel. We went through 4 rooms and we finally found one with hot water. The 10th floor smells absolutely terrible. There has been several water leaks. The 8th floor smelled a little better. The 12 floor room had a major water leak under the sink. I videoed it to show Maintence. The last room which was on the 14th floor had hot water BUT it A/C squeaked all night but we were glad we had hot water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. But if you do Joy will take great care of you!
