    Extremely disappointed with our experience. We had a room booked a week in advance and arrived expecting everything to be ready, only to be told our room was not prepared. We waited three hours in the lobby with no clear timeline and very little communication, and the room still wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, they attempted to assign us a queen room even though we specifically booked and confirmed a king. It wasn’t acknowledged until I caught the mistake myself. While waiting, we witnessed several other guests come down to complain about their air conditioning not working. The response from staff was essentially to turn the unit off and deal with it because there was nothing that could be done at the moment. That was very concerning, especially given how warm it’s been. After hours of waiting and seeing how other guest concerns were handled, we ultimately decided to cancel and book elsewhere. The entire situation lacked professionalism, preparation, and basic customer service. Very frustrating experience overall.

    Cuando me levante, fui a bañarme y cual fue mi sorpresa, NO HABIA AGUA CALIENTE, y como tenía una cita muy importante, pues tuve que bañarme así. Cuando fui a entregar el cuarto a la recepción, pe preguntaron que cual fue mi experiencia con el servicio. Y les comente lo del agua fría. Y el recepcionista me comentó que han tenido ese problema y que no han podido solucionarlo. Y aparte de eso, tener que pagar el estacionamiento? fueron como $ 37 dolares. No creo volver.

    I first checked in to a room that was 78 degrees and would not get cooler so I went down to the front desk and was told by the guy that checked me in the some people like it hot in there rooms and he didn’t know I did not like my room hot. I asked him to switch me rooms and he said he didn’t know how he had to call his manager. The manager was kind enough to switch me to a new room. Slept that night, spent the day in Memphis went to bed at 9:30 because I have to travel early and was woken at 11:40 pm my a pound on the door . After the third round of pounding a voice said “they need you at the front desk “ at which I responded “I am sleeping “ then a very aggressive response of “ THEY NEED YOU AT TYE FEONT DESK BRO”. At this point I’m kind of annoyed and concerned with my safety. As I try to figure out whether I should try to go back to sleep or protect myself . The room phone rings . With a young girl telling me I need to check in . I am ona new reservation. I travel for work and always have and have never had such a gross disregard of common courtesy. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE . This is a warning , I got zero sleep for the rest of the night.. And will still have to get up early and move on. Please beware . I am calling the Holiday in Main office to try to understand policy and procedure that sends a guy to pound on your door at 11:40 pm and demands you go down to the front desk . WOW .

    The room was hot and the ac did not work. There was either mold or fire damage on the wall. They don’t have the room we booked and did not offer to refund the difference in price. The front desk was understaffed and di not offer to accommodate. I would stay away.
