There is something odd happening at this Holiday Inn Express. The general manager and owner would not reply to an inquiry I sent via email and then again through IHG's official channels. There could be employee theft or corruption at the GM/owner level, but something is really off here. I don't recommend staying here because if you have even the smallest problem, they will not take care of it. Instead, they set the inquiry as "resolved" without doing anything. This is unacceptable.
If the GM, Parker Martin, wants to respond to my emails and inquiries, I will modify this review, but as for now, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
