Location is kinda sketchy, I would definitely park behind the secured fence at night.
The clock in the room was broken so never knew what time it was.
The room was nice and clean and shower was very nice.

Among the cleanest and friendliest Holiday Inns that I have encountered across these Unites States..Was checked in by Kameron, a charming and accommodating, excellent agent who
arranged a Lyft ride for me from the airport..He is gracious and
patient...The breakfast overseen by Michelle is impeccable..
All the offerings are fresh and done right. The bacon stands out-whatever brand they are resourcing..Excellent biscuits w sausage gravy, and the newest pancake machine..Better than average brewed coffee as well..Rooms are spotless..Great choice..and they offer shuttle to Graceland..5 stars to this location.A testimony to the dedication of General Manager Ms Tina Minor and front desk chief, the dapper Mr.Tommy Williamson..Do not hesitate to book this hotel...if there is any issue, it will immediately be corrected...this is a caring and dedicated staff.

While this hotel was close to Graceland and the room was clean and the employees were friendly all around the hotel. I was very unhappy how the hotel handled a situation for me. I left some of my belongings in a drawer when I left. We were also in Nashville before we came to Memphis and the items were sentimental and expensive we purchased in Nashville.
I called the hotel to see if someone may have turned in my items. I spoke with Jasmine she assured me she would take care of the situation ans she took my phone number and info.
She said she would call me even if they didn't find anything. That was last Monday still haven't heard anything. Very disappointing! Choke on all my Opry 100 items, etc!!!

Took a trip here with my wife to go see Graceland and explore Memphis. We have driven through Memphis, but never stayed here. Our room was a little bit dated, but not too bad. The service here was outstanding. The staff were so nice and the breakfast was hot and delicious. They kept asking to make sure everything was alright and even greeted us good morning when we got in there. It was one of the nicest set of staff I have ever had at a holiday inn.
On the downside, our room was mostly clean when we first got in. It didn’t smell weird, it looked nice, and had a lot of room. However, once I moved the desk chair to have a seat, I noticed that there were food crumbs and pieces of old dried out rice on the chair and around the floor and table tops. The room wasn’t very well cleaned aside from wiping off the most visible surfaces. Lastly, I really wish this hotel had a TV guide. There is a guide channel, but I have not been to a holiday inn that didn’t have one. It was a bit odd.
Finally, as far as location, I know the hotel staff has nothing to do with the location, but I was not very familiar with the area before I booked the hotel. The roads are very rough, and the neighborhood is a bit run down looking. It’s not the greatest location after dark, and the gated parking is a requirement.
Overall, we have had a great stay and I am very glad that the hotel staff was so excellent. I’d come back here if I got to have the same experience with the staff. Thank you guys!
