I do not regret my choice one bit. The room was decent and clean. However, the main star was Ms. Duffie! She was so warm and welcoming to every guest she encountered. When I complimented her she responded with "I just try to treat people the way I would want to be treated".

We checked in around midnight, and the overnight front desk clerk was both efficient and welcoming. In the morning, the two women working the breakfast buffet truly made us feel at home—they went out of their way to make the morning feel special. Kudos to the entire team. The hotel itself is fairly standard, but the staff elevates the experience and makes it a much better place to stay.
- THTonya HostDec 13, 20255.0When we arrived we were greeted with smiles. The front desk person was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I have 2 Deaf Sons 23 and 17 who were very pleased as well. The Breakfast Staff Ms Duffie, Michelle, Cece, and I think the other lady's name was Ms Barbara if I'm not mistaken. They were absolutely Amazing. They made sure we had enough food, treated us like family. They even interacted with my Sons and learned a Lil sign language 😄😄😄. I'm from Memphis but relocated to Knoxville TN. Most of my family live in Whitehaven. So as I was looking for hotels close by, the rates and the convience of this hotel tops it all. I told my family about our experience and they are now going to suggest this hotel from now on to out of town guest. Thank You All So much. Until Next Time. 🥰🥰🥰🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾
