We didn’t have any problems at this hotel and the service was fabulous. The food was great and staff were very helpful and friendly-above and beyond actually. They provided a shuttle to the airport which was helpful.

My significant other and I were leaving the hotel through the lobby and she randomly asked my spouse if she wanted any candy. My spouse responded "no thank you". Yet Dawn asked "why not?" My spouse responded why she didn't want any candy. Yet Dawn continously and insisted she received a piece of candy as if she wouldn't take no for an answer or was unable to comprehend the phrase "no thank you". Also Dawn insulted another employee towards my spouse that had nothing to do with anything. She also gave me a item from the concession free of charge earlier that day on Feb.15th between 8am and 10 am. Definitely not someone to be trusted at the front desk. Also please tell security to wear his uniform fully when attending his job at Holiday Inn. Very unprofessional appearance for such a sophisticated place of business. The woman Jazmine who worked at the front desk on Feb. 14th after 3pm was absolutely amazing.
