We used to be very happy with this hotel, and have stayed here many times in the past, but things have changed. They've gone politically extreme right-wing. They canceled our reservation and are now sponsoring the 5-month military occupation of Memphis. I will never stay here again. They have exited the hospitality business, and are no longer welcoming guests.

Loveeeee this hotel !! Special shout out to Bri at the front desk for the hospitality making us feel welcome. Also special shout out to Ms. Pat in the restaurant !! I’m telling you she kept the kids and us adults laughing and smiling! That woman needs a raise because she is unmatched. Thanks Hilton.

Room was supposed to be ready at 4PM but wasn't ready until 6. No offers to find other rooms or find out how long the wait would be, not even an offer of a water bottle while we waited. We had just driven over 5 hours and ended up missing dinner with friends.
Most of the USB ports in the room don't work. Finally found some hidden ones over by the TV that worked. The link to the room service menu just went to the main Hilton website. Tried calling room service to just ask for what was available but they wouldn't answer the phone. Had a headache from the stress and the gift shop had nothing available.
Asked for a manager to call me, nothing. Tried chat inside the mobile app, no response. Got a text asking how my stay was, told them what was happening. They just ghosted me.
Highly recommended to stay elsewhere. Terrible experience.

I had never visited the hotel and had lots of specific questions and needs ! It was BRI that met me with a smile THROUGH the phone and gave me information and assurance that she was listening and working on my needs . When I came to the hotel I did not get to see BRI in person , but her TEAM had her back and i was extremely WELL accommodated !!! 5 stars

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I came with my church group this past weekend. Although there were some discrepancies about Early check in and late check out the entire staff was warm and friendly, very understanding and helpful. Jaszmine helped me Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. She was kind, and helpful. Erin was also very helpful. I was glad to stay this time. Looking forward to comeback. The staff in the Provosions cafe was very kind also.
