  Hilton Memphis is in a great location and near many restaurants. It's also very convenient to the airport. The rooms are modern and clean and the lobby area is open and allows for large groups to assemble in the evenings to relax and fellowship. The only downfall to this hotel is there are no escalators to the meeting rooms..The staff is great and the hotel restaurant offers bar food such as wings, pizza etc. They also offer a buffet breakfast.

  Excellent hotel to stay at. Clean, modern, safe and multiple dining options. EVERYONE from the GM, front desk staff & managers, food service workers and everyone in between have been beyond excellent and always helpful. If you’re staying in Memphis, make this your hotel.

  Older hotel but it served the purpose of our stay. Staff was very friendly and Corey at the front desk gave excellence customer service.

  Wife and I stayed for a work trip. Went to our room and there were bed bugs in the drawers, on the bed, and along the headboard. Thats being said the front desk was very helpful and kind. Customer service is awesome but for it to be a Hilton I expected better. The bed bugs really killed the vibe. Our next room thankfully looked fine. Besides one of the outlets not working, and there was a cracked tile in the shower which caused the floor to get covered in water after a shower. All in all the service was great the staff was VERY friendly and helpful. But the whole building needs a little help in my opinion. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place due to my experience hopefully this will be fixed in the future. Like I said staff is awesome but man the bugs area killer

  We recently hosted our Global Sales Meeting at Hilton Memphis, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The space itself was absolutely perfect for a large corporate meeting. The meeting rooms were well laid out, comfortable, and flexible, and the lobby area became a real highlight of the week. Having a DJ in the lobby one night was a special and unexpected touch, and we loved it. It was such a fun surprise and allowed us to have a great time together without ever needing to leave the hotel. What truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The operations and banquet teams were incredible and took such great care of both our staff and our attendees. Aasia, Elijah, Greg, Leresa, the Banquet Manager, and Howard were professional, attentive, kind, and always one step ahead of our needs. Their behind the scenes work made everything run smoothly, and they absolutely deserve recognition. The front desk staff was also wonderful. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The team at the Provisions restaurant also deserves a special thank you. Quita and Janette were always so sweet and made every interaction feel warm and personal. A huge shoutout to Nicole, who was truly a joy to work with. She was responsive, organized, and supportive every step of the way, and her attention to detail made a big difference in the success of our event. We could not have asked for a better venue or team to partner with. We would absolutely host another event here and highly recommend the Hilton Memphis for any corporate meeting or conference.
