    It is Christmas Eve. We went to dinner with my family and came back and this was on our door. It was from the staff and I have never felt more loved by a staff at a Hilton. Rooms are super clean and roomy and it’s a perfect location in between all of my family members houses. We will definitely be back! Attention to detail is my love language. 🥰🧑‍🎄

    Wonderful place. The rooms could be a little updated; however, when new, this was a spectacular hotel. The service is very friendly and helpful; Jaszmine was a delight. This is a very nice part of Memphis, which is becoming one of my favorite cities in the country. This is the friendliest, most fully integrated city I may ever have visited. People don't see color here; people see character :)

    Giving this a 5 star rating, despite never actually having a room here. I visit the Hilton Memphis roughly 3 times a year to attend events, and each time I'm present the staff and atmosphere is stellar. The building has plenty of parking and accessibility as well so that's a plus for me. One of these days I .at find myself getting a room sometime.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!! See attached photos on the Google Maps review! Disgusting fluids in the tub so they switched my room. That room had water leaking in the room and on the windows but it wasn't raining. Sink knob was broken. Tried to call the front desk but phone didn't work. Elevator was broken. Seems like a known issue but no one cares. No signage or service people called even though guests were stuck. 11 people were on line for the elevator. One lady told me she walked up 17 flights to her room. Rooms are old, bathrooms are terriblly small. The food was good but the limited bar menu was always missing options. Was on a business trip but if this was my money I would demand a refund. Easily the worst hotel I've been at by far.
