  We were warmly greeted by your stsff member, Linesia. After a long day’s drive it was so enjoyable to be greeted and looked after by such a friendly and helpful person. Hilton Hotel, you have an extremely dedicated person on your team. She is a rare find. As business owners ourselves we know how tricky it can be to find good staff. Linesia is one of the rare finds.   I am local to Memphis and stay at the HGI a few times a year for work meetings. The rooms are always great and the staff is amazing. Linesia assisted me at check- out this week and she was such a sweet person. She always has a smile on her face and is absolutely delightful.

  I was with my friends when we checked in, and I have to say — Linesia was incredible. We had just come from a different hotel where our two-week reservation somehow wasn’t ready, so we were already stressed walking in. From the second we spoke to Linesia, everything changed. She was so warm, welcoming, and understanding. She didn’t treat us like “just another check-in” she genuinely cared about helping us figure everything out. She moved quickly, stayed positive, and made sure we had a room without making us feel like we were a burden. Her attitude and professionalism completely turned the situation around. People like her are the reason you come back to a place. The hotel is lucky to have someone who represents them so well. If you want one with a little more personality and less formal, I can make it sound more like a girlfriend hype review too

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like this one was necessary. Linesia went above and beyond for us. After a frustrating situation at another hotel where our two-week booking wasn’t even ready, we showed up stressed and unsure what we were going to do. Linesia stepped in immediately and took care of everything. She was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. You could tell she genuinely cared about getting us settled and making things right. She handled everything calmly and efficiently, and because of her, what started as a mess turned into a smooth check-in experience. Customer service like that is rare, and it does not go unnoticed. This hotel is beyond fortunate to have her on their team. She made a real difference for us.

  Linesia was absolutely AMAZING from the moment we walked in. After dealing with a stressful situation at another hotel (where we had a room booked for two weeks and it still wasn’t ready), we were honestly exhausted and frustrated. Then we met Linesia — and she completely turned our day around. She was beyond friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely caring. She listened to what happened, jumped right in to help, and made sure we were taken care of quickly. You can tell she truly cares about guests and takes pride in what she does. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference. What started as a stressful mess ended with us feeling relieved and welcomed — all because of her. This hotel is lucky to have her. If management sees this: Linesia deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. She made a lasting impression on us, and we are so grateful for her help!
