    Clean. Kind. The three staff. No place is without issues. I encountered a broken faucet when I checked in. Kind front desk Donald helped get me to another room quick. The breakfast staff etc. 5 stars

    Very unprofessional, don't wanna clean up or do their jobs, dogs everywhere all in the hotel and breakfast area and they're not service dogs! Just stay anywhere else!!

    Me and my family stayed here over the Christmas holiday, the hotel is nice and it smells nice but a couple of days later things got unprofessional, we asked for towels, they acted as if it was a issue in spite of us turning in our dirty towels. We knew housekeeping would be out the next day due to Christmas but we asked them to clean our rooms the next day and they said they couldn't because we had to notify them within 24 hours for cleaning! How could we notify them when they were out the day before!? We also asked them for new linen because my linen was wet they didn't even bother changing the beds while we were out, the soiled and dirty linen was still on our floor in our room!! Trash wasn't taken out or anything. Went downstairs to get new linen, all they gave us was sheets and no pillowcases!! We had to change our own beds!! We also didn't receive any comforters for our beds!! The toilet stopped up and they didn't even come unplunge the guy at front desk told me I could come get the plunger he didn't have the decency to bring it too me! Dogs everywhere all downstairs in the breakfast area and they were not service dogs and me and my daughter have issues with our allergies and she has asthma. Trash all in the hallway, for the price and location of hotel, the service and upkeep should have been better!! Staff is very unfriendly!!
