First time to Memphis and could not have been happier with the choice to stay here! The parking garage is accessible from the front door of the hotel or from the street. Parking rate was reasonable. You are in the heart of Beale Street and easily walkable to everything there. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean. The sheets were fresh. The free breakfast was amazing!

I’m an early riser. I went to the lobby to get coffee. No one was available at the desk and no coffee was made. How dissapointing! I will not stay here again!

Not worth the price. Kinda rundown. Rude older man at lobby desk. Asked for change to tip housekeeping. He said he wasn't a bank. Parking garage adjoining hotel was nice. Barbed wire around the hotel made us feel safer. Lol

The location couldn’t be better, but everything else was just okay. I chose this hotel based on the reviews, but the front desk staff wasn’t friendly, and the breakfast was mediocre. I booked this place because I needed a room with a kitchen, but there were many things missing, and the balcony was unnecessarily large and needed cleaning. Maybe it’s because it’s a downtown hotel, but the property felt very old and definitely in need of renovation. I was relieved that the pool was warm, since I had seen reviews mentioning it was cold. I’m a loyal Hilton customer, but I’ll be choosing a different hotel next time.
