    I made a reservation at this location 2 months in advance only to get a call from the hotel telling me they are cancelling my reservation due to a priority reservation. They said the hotel was booked. I am a diamond member and have been for years! The person that called me did not offer any assistance in finding an alternative location only stated he is canceling the reservation and rudely told me he was hanging up! Customer service was no better. It’s time for me to move to another hotel chain. I would not recommend this particular location due to their poor hiring and incompetent staff!

    Wanted to give 0 star,but unfortunately there is no option for that. I am traveling all the way from another state along with my family adults and kids which took 7 hours drive, and we did our responsibility to book the room prior the time with advance payment. And when we reached, the lady over the counter named Ashley is simply saying we don’t have any room available, saying this with no responsibility,,really ?No email for cancellation, we asked the manager to talk she said I am the manager right now. She also advised us to go to the other locations which she can give the address!and find the room hotel to hotel, we are frustrated and she was laughing! Such an irresponsible behavior.

    BED BUGS! BED BUGS!! I PROMISE…do not stay here I got woken up to multiple bed bug bites and the hotel did nothing. No compensation, no “sorry”, NOTHING! STAY ANY WHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

    Not used to hotels with no refrigerator or microwave in room. However, there was a microwave in the lobby. Killed 4 small spiders in my room, probably from construction being done,on floor 2, stirring them up. Called down to front desk 4 times, no answer. Had to walk down to ask my question. Bed was comfortable. Shower leaked all over floor, even with doors completely shut. The room next door,had a toilet plunger sitting in front of door, open to the carpet. No trashcan in room, I feel sorry for housekeeping. This is a $50-60 a night hotel, not a $130.00 a night hotel. I can't believe Hilton actually owns this hotel.
