Pros: close to the soccer fields. Cleaning ladies in the hallways always greeted us with a genuine hello! Room was mostly clean. Con’s: Everything else! In for a soccer tournament. I was ‘greeted’ at the front desk with “read this sign”. That was after we waited for her to finish her personal call.. Breakfast- just don’t. Moldy muffins set out like furry blueberries are a delicacy. Powdered eggs in so much water it looked like egg soup. 2 towels and wouldn’t be given any more despite more than 2 people in the room. Another mom on the team asked the front desk there was an indoor pool. The front desk person said ‘if you wanted an indoor pool, you should’ve stayed somewhere else.” Turns out, that was good advice.

Hello I stayed at Hampton Inn over the week and weekend was snowed in and I was enjoying my stay until housekeepers was outside my door talking about someone name Toya and Ms.Shanell but I remember a lady name Shanell at the front desk who was very nice when me and my friends checked in so they proceeded to have a conversation that they was talking saying something about Toya is the one that sent ms Shanell text messages and screenshots about something about someone talking about somebody baby and baby mama I open my door and I asked them to move from my door and the one that was doing the talking was a mixed woman with orange blonde looking hair I wasn’t gone do a review until she had a attitude when I wanted towels she told me that I had to wait because they didn’t have any towels she wouldn’t give me her name but she told me she is a supervisor I am gone put one in every week until y’all get rid of her what kind of supervisor talk about someone that work there if I was this Toya girl I would go to corporate on her because Shanell didn’t seem like she was that type of person and I think y’all should know what’s going on at Hampton because the supervisor had an attitude when I asked her to move from my door and when I asked for towels I believe she just didn’t want too go get them because she was rolling her eyes how do yall have a person on the job that’s not even doing her job because if you say you a supervisor why you discussing mess with another housekeeper about ms Shanell I think yall should get rid of her I don’t even know her but I can tell in my spirituality she have a lot going on in her life because she invest in Toya and Shanell and too me she is a monitoring spirit I need to come up there and find Toya and let her know about this because she should of been nice too me I will help Toya fight her i will help Shanell as well. She don’t need a supervisor position I will be checking in again to see if she still at this property she was going on about Toya a good ten minutes I just didn’t want to hear it cause the walls and doors are very thin you hear so much going on in the hallways if she don’t like her job she should of just said that if you can let them know about what’s going on let the boss know before it gets out of hand and someone get hurt. My name is Rachael and my boyfriend name is Ron, in we stayed at this location with friends.

After being a Hilton honors member for over 20 years, the number of Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at is in the hundreds. This is the worst Hampton Inn I’ve ever seen. When I saw that it is literally across the street from the world headquarters of FedEx I expected it to be a good one hotel to very a good hotel. I was way off, this place is a dump. Summary of problems: * Both lobby restrooms were out of order. * The luggage carts were beat up, parts on the carts were broken and they were dirty. * The elevators were dirty, there was dirt in the corner that stayed there for the two days we were there. There are cracked and damaged walls in one elevator that looks like it’s been there for a while. One of the maintenance panels was left open on an elevator. * The room was dirty with worn carpet and burned out light bulbs. * There was no hand soap or even a soap dish and the shower bath wash gel was empty. I got a bar of hand soap from the front desk but housekeeping never stopped by to fill the shower container or drop off a soap dish. * In fact over the two nights, I never saw any housecleaning on the floor we were staying. I checked at 8, 9, and 10 am when you would see housecleaning in a normal hotel. I checked every floor once and the only time I saw housecleaning was on the first floor. So it looks like they have only one overworked person to clean the entire hotel. * My girlfriend tried to take a bath after the long drive but even though we had a tub, it was missing the drain stopper. * The living room tv was not working, just showed a no signal. On the way back in one night I asked about it and I was told that I had to push the channel button and it would work. I tired it and it did but that is not intuitive and more importantly the TV should just work like in a normal hotel. I was also told that the TV guide on the screen was wrong and to scan the QR code to get the right guide. I did that and it was still wrong. * Went to breakfast at 9am but they were closing up, even though every Hampton Inn I stayed at had breakfast until 10am. Front desk said that Hampton Inn only requires breakfast until 9am. * The room didn’t have tissues so I asked for two tissues boxes because I was becoming sick and needed tissues. I was told that hotel policy was only one box even though other Hampton Inns put two in the room, one to use and a spare. * I needed a dirty laundry bag and I was told that Hampton inn doesn’t require that the hotel provide a dirty laundry bag but gave me two of the plastic garbage liners to use. The impression I got was that the owner is squeezing every penny out of that hotel at the expense of the cleanliness, and maintenance of the hotel and the workers have to go along. Seems like if it is not absolutely required by Hilton and Hampton corporate the owner will choose the cheaper option at the expense of the guest experience. I took some pictures but didn’t fully document everything because we had a vacation to enjoy in spite of the hotel and I am not paid to be quality control for this hotel even though they clearly need someone to do it. I entered this review to help someone avoid the mistake I made. The place is a dirty dump and you should avoid it like the plague because you just might get it. Any place is better.

The room needs some major updating, especially the stained carpets. Our room wasn't replenished with hand soap, shampoo, body wash, nor lotion so I question how thoroughly the room was cleaned. The room had door to adjoining room, but the dead bolt didn't work on my side! Breakfast was fine, about what you get at most Hampton Inns.
