The beds are outdated, the whole hotel is 25% rundown, needs new carpet, facelift definitely needed. The rooms the handles falling off the doors, plugs and usb ports need replacing (don’t work properly). Plug in bathroom has brown around the plug indicating the plug as sparked an arc. Not enough plugs and usb ports. No cups in the room for coffee. Outdated look.

It’s a sad excuse for a Hampton Inn. Hilton should re-evaluate. Filthy common areas with broken things, hotel smells musty like an old shoe, breakfast undercooked and very poor service.

We arrived late at night to the hotel. The room was neat and mostly clean. When we took the sofa bed out, there were ants crawling on it. There wasn't any extra blankets or pillows. The fridge had a weird dust on it and the bath tub had brown spots in it. The sofa bed was stained with who knows what, but the sheets covered them. There wasn't any handsoap on the sink, it was in the shower. The body soap was missing, and for some reason there was conditioner but no shampoo. The air conditioning was very loud, making it difficult to fall asleep. The breakfast was not bad, the waffles felt more homemade than most hotel waffles. Overall the experience was mediocre.

We were recommended/required to stay here for a kids soccer tournament. Upon arriving, the hotel appeared run down and front desk staff was unpleasant. The constant smell of marijuana and musty odor filled the halls. Rooms were disgusting, old and run down. AC unit was loud and barely put out air. Fridge didn’t work and smelled upon opening. Doors slammed at all hours of the night constantly waking up our children. Your whole body shook when the door closed from Other rooms. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work and had no soap in our room either to even wash our hands. The icing on the cake was the clientele. Very shady folks, my husband even witnessed a drug deal on the side of the hotel and with a hotel filled with kids for a soccer tournament was unacceptable. At 12 midnight on our second night there was a fight out our window in the parking lot with 4 people. I was woken up from a dead sleep with blood curdling screaming and after seeing the clientele I was scared for my children’s safety. I immediately called the front desk, 4 times. No one answered. I then called 911, the dispatcher told me “is this regarding the people fighting in the parking lot”. I said yes. I was informed they had been notified but I was told they were backed up and they would get someone out there as soon as they could. I then informed them that there were hundreds of families and little kids at this hotel for a soccer tournament and was fearful if there are guns involved this won’t end well. Dispatcher immediately made note and it seemed to make it a higher priority. The yelling and screaming continued at least for another hour to which I never heard a police car. When I woke the next morning I went down to the front desk and was told they read the report and the parties did have guns but since the morning staff was just coming in they were unaware if police actually arrested the people. I would never ever stay here again and feel gross lying in the beds. Shame on Hilton for allowing this.

Very friendly staff. The room was decent and there were a few updates...downside is there are no microwaves in the rooms. That was disappointing.
