    I have to say we were very disappointed in the hotel itself. There appeared to be dog pee in the corner of our bathroom wall and door. Trash in our trash can upon checking in. We stayed for a soccer tournament so the location was fine. We had teammates that were assigned to rooms that were already full of luggage when they walked in, rooms that smelled terribly, one didn't have a working toilet at check in and one still had old food in the refrigerator. The saving grace for this hotel was the employees. They were the kindest and friendliest hotel staff we had experienced in a very long time. I felt terrible that they had the outdated building and poor facilities to deal with but they definitely made up for it with their hospitality. Definitely not worth the stay to play fees we were charged, I hope y’all can get some renovations soon and give your employees a better workplace environment. They deserve it!

    UPDATE: When we were about to put our kids to bed, we found blood on the pull out couch. We left immediately. I’m still waiting on management to refund my money, 3 days later! Asian beetles in every room, AC is set to 67, didn’t get below 73. Tv doesn’t work “due to no signal” guest services said “ just keep flipping through the channels, they will eventually pop up” Flickering lights in the lobby, plug in on the lamps do not charge devices, they over booked rooms so families in our group had to down size to a king with pull out couches. Dirty bedding and when asked for more bedding was given a duvee cover without an actual comforter. This place is disgusting, stay away

    Good location, security in parking lot. Rooms not the cleanest. The staff were helpful. Appeared to be under staffed and not all amenities were accessible. Fitness center was closed. Hot coffee and fresh fruit available throughout the day. Don't expect fresh linens or your bed made on the 1st day.

    Exceptional service, and clean rooms. Grateful for the front desk clerk who gave us a wonderful experience. Performed nearby and got a chance to see the Lorraine motel.
