    Please get rid of Ericka the girl at the front desk. Rude arrogant and has no business dealing with her guest. If I wasnt so much in a hurry to leave the other day i would have made a much bigger issue than I did. Please get rid of her or coach her how to treat your guest more appropriately. So I just get a standard response that means absolutely nothing

    Great sleeps!! Beds are so comfortable!!!! The rooms are spacious, with a separation of the small living room like area and the bedroom area.

    When I arrived the guy was friendly, the lady was okay, when I got to the room it was a couple of issues but I overlooked them, at the end of the night I went to shower and give the girls bath the hot water wasn’t working, so after being tired I said I will just wait until morning, made the sleeper sofa up put the girls in bed, laid across the bed watch some tv when I got ready for bed pulled the cover back, black specks all over the bed, calles down stairs and they offered to put me in another room the next morning so we slept on the sleeper sofa. The next day went down stairs spoke with front desk I ask the maintenance guy to come up so I could show him all of the issues that were wrong so they wouldn’t think I was just saying anything. The bathroom was dirty, the bed was filthy the refrigerator wasn’t working, the water at all of the sinks wasn’t getting hot I was told the sink in the room doesn’t get hot. After all of this I ask to speak with the Assistant GM they said he would be in Monday to call back because I stayed Friday to Sunday, calles him Monday they sent me to voicemail, it’s been a week no return call yet. I gave them a a 2 on the room because the other room was okay, location is great so you expect the rooms to be great because when you enter it looks great I gave service a 2 because the guy was friendly and the maintenance guy as well and the omelette cook
