- EREmily RadcliffeOct 30, 20251.0I have never had a more miserable night stay in a hotel. On the second night of a two night trip, I started feeling water dropping from the ceiling into the bed. This was around 3:25 in the morning. As it was in the middle of the night, my partner and I continued trying to sleep and scooted to the further most side of the bed. We texted the concierge, they said they could send someone up or would look into it in the morning. As it was the middle of the night, we knew we’d just be shifted to another room and needed to sleep so we communicated we would contact them in the morning. By morning, 75% of the king bed was SOAKED with yellow water. This was miserable and unsanitary. Exhausted, at checkout we showed pictures to the front desk of not just water leaking onto the bed, also in another corner of the room. They said we’d have to reach out to a manager via a business card. After 4 attempts of emailing and calling, we finally got word back that only HALF of our second night stay would be comped, which is insanity to me. I will always remember this as the most gross night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Hilton, you should have refunded us the full night at MINIMUM. I do not recommend staying here an hope that Hilton makes this right (and that this doesn’t happen to another guest.)

The food was on point! I have not had a hotel experience this sharp in a very long time. Thank you to the Catering department and Director. The hotel staff and room service.
