Our 319 room hotel is centrally located in the Thousand Oaks Business Center off I240 at exit 18, Perkins Road. Memphis International Airport (MEM) is a short 10 minute drive from the hotel.

Our 100% non-smoking hotel offers easy access to many Memphis attractions including the Memphis Zoo, FedEx Forum, Beale Street, the National Civil Rights Museum and, of course, Graceland, the "Home of Elvis Presley". Tunica casinos are just a short drive away.

- ELEs LopezJun 20, 20251.0Horrible hotel. Save your money for an actual 4 star hotel. First off this is a “self check in” hotel. You have to check yourself in at a kiosk. But that is only as good as the machine if it works. There is no front desk/counter only two employees that were posted up on a small table. The receptionist was a little rude and very short when I was having trouble. Finally after waiting and having them help check in we were able to get our code with our room keys. They have three elevators but only one works. That means there is a long wait time for people to use the elevator. Everyone is packed into the elevator like a can of sardines. After getting situated I took my kids to the pool. Hours are posted for the pool 8-10pm “quiet hours”. And also under 18 must be supervised. Just as my kids, all teenagers 13-16, were about to get in the same person who “helped” us check in told us that they cannot swim. The quiet time is for adults! If you want to make quiet time for adults then make it adult time. They need to have quiet time start at 10pm not 8pm. That is still time for children. This hotel is not recommended. Horrible experience from the beginning.

They were still in the process of hiring staff and a lot of services weren't Ready. . I do believe how ever when all the pieces are in place it will be a fine establishment P.S. the hotel is now the Radisson.

The rooms were nice, sort of completed. The bed was very comfortable. The entire hotel had this massive fence around the grounds. Close to the airport, lots of free parking. 15 minutes from downtown.
