  The overall experience was quite pleasant, but I did find the crowds to be quite loud, and the walk from the parking deck to the lobby was a bit uncomfortable because it was dark. The hotel itself was nice, the food was good, and the staff was pleasant. Perhaps if I had arrived during daylight hours, my overall perception of the hotel would have been much better.

  Service was good Knowledgeable staff about where to go outside of beale street in Memphis. The fitness center was great ! Alot of free weights and boxes. Loved it. Housekeeping was awesome with outstanding personalities. The rooms shower floor was peeling. Like its just been painted which was the only downside to my stay. It was close to everything museums ,restaurants, the River walk. If the homeless bothers you like I heard others complaining please get a life. They are people. Great environment, great service ,great location . Happy 44th birthday to me and thanks for making it great

  The hotel architecture is amazing the rooms and service where amazing. The level of customer service has been the best at a hotel that I have had. We will definitely be back for another stay. The only issue I had was the put a small scratch on my door. It does not take away from the amazing stay

  The rooms are nice, but need some maintenance (broken fridge, broken art on the wall). The location is great and the lobby area is very nice. The rooms, however, are really loud. The plumbing in the walls/ceiling is loud enough to wake you up at night. If you're a light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

  Stayed here a few times while in downtown Memphis. This last time was during the snowstorm January 2026. Hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to all the popular spots downtown like the Forum, Beale Street, Peabody, Texas de Brazil, Kooky Kanuck,etc... The hotel always seems to be clean, well kept, and nicely decorated. The staff (only had one exception) is friendly, very accommodating, especially during this past weeks snow storm. We were here for an entire week! Valet parking is available on-site, a bit pricey, but so convenient. There is a little bar & restaurant inside, friendly staff there as well for the most part. We've enjoyed staying here, and will again when back in town for an event or getaway weekend. My only small complaint would be having to ask for extra towels and bathroom items constantly. They only put a set of 2, well if you shower in the evening, and again in the morning you're out. There is a nice fitness room, well equipped for a hotel style gym to enjoy your workouts in.
