This hotel was chosen because it is only half a mile from FedEx Forum and I had loyalty points with Hilton. In other circumstances, I could have chosen the Westin, which is literally next door to the arena. However, no complaints in my choice. Service has been spotless when called upon. The room itself (A corner room) was well appointed. I was surprised there was no fridge or safe, however.

My girlfriend & I have stayed here 2 nights when attending events at the Peabody Rooftop across the street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bar has tasty drinks and New Years Eve night they have a live musical performance that was amazing!! We will definitely be back.

Be aware of the $94 Pet fee and the included gratuity at the restaurant/bar. The pet fee was advertised as $75 but on the bill the pet fee was $94.20. I called and they said the increased amount was due to “taxes” on the pet fee. Seems like a lot of tax on a pet fee. Overall it was a nice stay and a nice restaurant/bar area. Just be aware of the $94 pet fee and the $18% included gratuity. It’s slipped in as a line item and then there is a regular tip line so it would be easy to miss. Also, as others have mentioned our room looked like it could use a good deep cleaning. Overall, I would stay there again.

The location is great and the valet team is very good. We were able to walk to eat and to the FedEx Forum to see a Grizzlies game. However, our bathroom had not been cleaned well and they only had 2 towels for a family of 4. I requested additional towels but they never arrived.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! The valet team is horrible! I parked in front of the hotel to get my room. I had to change my room 3 times as the rooms were not up to par. When I settled on a room I went to my car to get my things. The valet stopped me to tell me I could not park there while I was carrying all of my bags. I communicated to him that I spoke with the front desk and they allowed it. The man kept pushing the matter then stood next to me to escort me back to my car. Whole time Dominos was parked behind me delivering food. Why not stop them too!? I immediately cancelled my room because that was so stupid! After the front desk told him that it was okay for me to park there to cancel my room, he sends someone else out to ask me how long I would be then stood behind me at the desk to monitor me. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!
