  Kia was great. She was very accommodating with not only the room, but being ADA friendly with our mobility scooter while there. She had a great attitude and very helpful. The one issue we ran into with an error in charges, she took care of it before I could even bring it up.

  Très déçu par cette hôtel qui n'est pourtant pas 1er prix. Nous avons écrasé plusieurs blattes ! La chambre n'était pas très propre, la climatisation était fixée au mur mais on voyait le jour et laissait passer l'air avec la vague de froid on remettait la clim qui faisait beaucoup de bruit ! Personne n'a cherché a déneiger ou mettre du sel a la sortie, la laverie était en panne..... Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel !

  Nice clean hotel. Love that the parking area is partially fenced it. Great water pressure, comfortable bed and spacious.

  Front desk took forever to check us in after we pre check yesterday. Woman kept dozing in the process blaming it on the computer being slow. Then the TV that we couldn't make work after two trips to the front desk asking for help. We don't have a maintenance guy tonight. Remotes would only adjust volume and we couldn't get rid of the Español start up screen. Not sure how they can call this a Best Western unless the standards have even dropped.
