  Stayed for work. They do not clean the rooms or re stock stuff while you are staying so you have to ask for things and take out your own trash and stuff. But other then that decent place.

  The price when I stayed was pretty good for the summer. It felt like a safe location - the parking lot had many cameras. The room was pretty clean. Breakfast was fine. Overall, this is probably one of the better inexpensive hotels in the area.

  I got a two night 3 day stay there. The location is great as it was around everything you could need for your stay. The front desk lady (black) she was very helpful at check in. The were leaks in the lobby so that was unappealing to say the least, but at least the had coffee all day and night and free breakfast in the morning, which left much to be desired and I have been to a few Best Western Hotels. The rooms are very small and our fridge barely kept cold. There is free cable at least. When we checked out, the gentlemen at the counter was so rude. Had me upset! He made it like I was inconveniencing him. News flash: people are going to check in out at any given time, don’t like it don’t work there or find someone to do it. Customer service is definitely not his forte. I won’t be back though, if I had the option. The rage wasn’t bad tho for the price but you definitely get what you pay for. Oh not to mention, the last night we were there the power was out almost 45 minutes and they didn’t have no generators or backup, hallway dark.

  There was a roach in the room. The toilet seat was broken. The shower leaked onto the floor quite a bit. We have a family of 6 and needed extra towels. Every time we went to get extra towels they had none ready for us. The staff was more nice that not. No bell at the front desk so I had to physically call for someone to help me since people were consistently not at the desk. The layout of the room for 6 people was really nice, but the air and heat was a bit confusing to use. Room smelled like smoke

  My kids and I checked in on October 18th through the 20th. We had the two beds with a separate living area which in the living area was a let out couch. My kid slept in the two beds in the back. I slept on the let out couch. on that Saturday morning the 19th. I woke up and I noticed that I had red bumps on the back of my neck. I brushed it off. I’m thinking it’s some type of irritation or whatever and then I wake up Sunday morning, and the whole side of my hand is swollen and I’m like something is going on. Something is biting me. I pull back the covers and there was a bed bug walking across the covers. I Then started to record the bug and took pictures of it. The front desk did not believe that they had bedbugs they claim they sent orkin out to check for activity and upon inspection They found nothing when I had proof in my phone. I’ve woke up in my 300,000 house for the past 5 years and ain’t ever had a bite let alone BED BUGS. They insinuated that we brought them. Please check your rooms before sleeping here. I put everything in washer first thing when I made it home with ammonia.
