Even though I complained to the staff and to their survey link they sent me you would think by now that I would have received a phone call from them or my money back!!!!

- JCJason CheneyJan 1, 20262.0Based on our 30 December 2025 stay, I do not recommend the rooms at this hotel. The room was ok: small bathroom with toilet & tub/shower; the sink was in the main room. The bed was somewhat comfortable. The noise from the highway was incredibly load and entered the room via the air conditioner. The AC itself was very loud. Over all the sleep quality is very poor. The breakfast was lacking (we arrived at 7 am): The eggs were left too long and started to dry out There wasn’t any jam The coffee was OK The yogurt dispenser was out of order. One coffee machine was out of order. The juice choices were limited and in the wrong dispensers (cranberry came out as orange). The staff were friendly.

Now im wondering what's the Best Western "Plus" for??! Nothing "plus" about it just needs a renovation for sure. Night shift is rude, tv doesnt work, cheap satellite package. Breakfast was crappy, an non edible. I deserve a refund so such poor service.

It seemed like a lot of people were hanging around the office, and I got the impression that if you’re Black, you might be considered homeless.
