    My friends from out of state came in for my father's funeral and booked a room here. A couple of hours after checking in we were getting ready to go to sleep, and pulled back the covers to find multiple bed bugs. Management did not seem surprised when we told them about the bed bugs.

    We had to find a hotel as we got in off the highway late to see family on the area. I placed the reservation online before arriving. We had to stand outside and use a phone to get checked in. The guy that answered was rude and asked me when was my check in date and when I told him "today" he asked me my name he hung up and walked through the door into the office where the check in window was. With angry scowl and eyes bloodshot, never once smiled like he was angry that I just woke him up or something. It was rather cold out and never once did he ask us to step in to complete the process. The room was old and needs updating with the amount of money charged per night. I cleaned it myself because if the guy at the front desk gave me bad service who knows if they care to clean.
