  The price is the worst thing. $246, after staying there I’d say a far price is maybe 100 bucks. Room 204 was not clean it was at best descent. The a/c didn’t work properly, I turned it down as low as possible and the temp never got below 71. Won’t be staying here again. I can stay at the holiday inn thats newer and cleaner for less money.

  Not pet friendly. $125 pet fee, which is way more than other hiltons and only allows one pet. We tried to get off at this exit and stay here when we were dead tired in the middle of a 16 hour road trip moving across the country, knowing Hiltons are pet friendly. We were turned away because we had two small cats. Unfortunately this became a safety issue for us as there really isn’t much else around and we couldn’t do research since there is very limited cell service. We barely made it to another hotel. Don’t mark yourself as pet friendly if you aren’t pet friendly.

  Was in a wreck in Manchester July 3rd and had to stay overnight here. Body lotion was put in shower instead of conditioner and I didn’t not realize it until I had already put the lotion in my hair. I contacted the front desk, left note with my phone number for manager have been talking with Hilton Corporate. Manager refuses to call me on this and Hilton corporate says that they can’t do anything except leave message for manager to call, and if they don’t want to call you they don’t have too. Have given them over 3 weeks to make this right. I’m a Hilton rewards member and had just had a $300 treatment put on my hair before this happened. The lotion stripped the 6 month treatment from my hair. I’ve called every day and the manager is not available and leave a message to get a return phone call. I find it hard to believe that the manager cannot call back and make this situation right, and furthermore I don’t know why Hilton corporate customer service is even a place to call if they can’t offer any resolution. All they can do is take down information and call manager at hotel. I want my money for the night refunded and have filed a complaint with cc company to dispute charges since Hilton does not stand by their word.
