Staff was professional and absolutely helpful, and when my car broke down, they allowed a late checkout while my car got fixed without question! VERY helpful and VERY accommodating and understanding. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful people who actually care. Thank you, Best Western, for an experience beyond the best expectations!

- RRRocky RutFeb 10, 20264.0I would actually give the place a 4.5 overall rating. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Exercise room was decent(had dumbbells), better than most motels. Motel was also clean and updated. The staff was accommodating but not overly friendly (mid afternoon check-in and morning departure. A couple breakfast items (pancake and yogurt)were not working and remaining breakfast items were marginal. Breakfast on that day for us would be 3.5 at best.

The beds were very comfortable, the second shift employee was very helpful and friendly. We had a simple but delicious breakfast the next morning in a very pleasant dining area. Area around had plenty of places to eat. Very pleased with it.

Had warm breakfast with eggs, sausages and toast. When checking out very friendly again. Definitely will come back on my way down to port Richey Florida from Nebraska. Did I mention that it was dog friendly too, but there was small fee.
