  Very convenient off the expressway. The rooms are clean and reasonably priced. I slept well on a very comfortable mattress. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap were filled. The desk clerk twice claimed I had no reservation until I showed him my confirmation email - rather annoying after a long travel day. I found the "buffet" breakfast to be minimal, at best. There was obviously very little effort put forth. Eggs and sausage were lukewarm. Paltry selection of bread/bagel/muffin maybe a dozen in all. Only 4 yogurts in the fridge. Fruit had seen better days. If you're just there to sleep, this place fills the bill. Otherwise, there are other choices right down the street.

  This facility is pet friendly. I had a moving truck pulling a trailer and the parking lot offered plenty of room to maneuver and park. The parking lot had great lighting. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and well kept. Great access on and off the highway.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Inn in Manchester, Tennessee. From the moment I walked in, the lobby and sundry area were noticeably clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully maintained, which immediately set the tone for a great visit! The parking lot was another highlight — brightly lit, spacious, and very safe-feeling, especially with the canopy and excellent exterior lighting. I also appreciated how convenient the EV chargers were, located right in front for easy access. Overall, my stay was excellent, and this location will definitely become a regular stop during my statewide commutes as it is minutes away from the highway. Highly recommend!

  Brand-new Best Western hotel in Manchester TN, When I checked inn Front desk Manager and staff was very help full, they have EV charging stations. front lobby was elegant and Location, atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent breakfast options. I will always go back to this hotel, and I would recommend this hotel to all family who is travelling, contractors working in Manchester TN neighborhoods for stay, experience and enjoy.

  THIS IS NOT A HOTEL WE RECOMMEND for anyone!!! Not even to sleep in the parkinglot! When we checkdd in, the parkinglot was completely empty and very little lights. Our first room 201 was some makeshift room that had a hidden addon kitchen and bugs, hairs in the shower and refrigerator. The kitchen had piled up dirty pans, one that was used recently to make food and a separate large refrigerator that had alcohol and protein shakes. **you need to change your trash more often in that room.. We left that room and back downstairs, down the very long hallway to a weird little counter where the employee was sweeping. We explained the room was someone's and they were actually living in it, she did not respond or seemed surprised. She said he "dont worry, this room doesnt have a kitchen" and I said what about the hairs and she just laughed. She originally tried to put us in 202, which was right across the hall from the kitchen unit. We said that walk from thr front desk to the slow elevator(1) and back to the opposite side of the hotel is a hike, she said yup you can get lost in the mazes. In the second room, we didnt bring our luggage into the room, one of us went in and checked the room only to find it was either still being used or just never cleaned. The tub, the sink and the toilet had hairs, the bed looked as if someone had stopped, leaned back in the bed and forgot to straighten up.. We hiked it back down to the front desk and just asked to cancel our stay.
