  So booked this room so we could use the pool get here and pool is closed with no notice tv doesn’t work in the room. And the bathtub flooded the bathroom the worst holiday in I have ever stayed at.

  There is a musty smell, the pool was closed, the person needs education on CLC and some electric plugs in room did not work.

  The pool is not working. Wish we would have been notified that a major amenity was down- our kids were really looking forward to a break in the pool. Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, and the morning desk staff was amazing.

  Rooms are clean, location's great! But The people that own it and the employees need to be more pleasant. Maybe put a smile on their face...... A guest travels many miles in a car. It would be nice to be approached by a smiling face, especially when it's $200 a night.

  An okay hotel. Nothing fancy. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Checked in at 10 on the 26th. I asked for two room with double beds. I was told several different prices so honestly I’m not sure which price is correct. It was supposed to be 145 before taxes per room. Then it was supposed to be 170 per room. But then I was an IHG member so it was 135. Then my husband is active duty so it was 130 per room. We got room 116 and 120. 116 didn’t have a freezer part of the fridge and it barely worked. Floor was absolutely disgusting. Our socks were solid black after about 10 minutes. Also upon check in we were told the hotel was non smoking. As soon as we got in the room the person beside us was smoking in their bathroom so it filled my bathroom and whole room through the vents. I called the front desk and was told “ sorry. It’s too hard to pinpoint where it’s coming from.” So we had the privilege of smelling smoke every 5-10 minutes. The lady that checked us in was pretty nice. The breakfast is normal hotel breakfast nothing spectacular. Checkout was easy. But BE WARNED . If you get more than one room you will be CHARGED MULTIPLE times. I was charged 130.90 twice. Then charged 273.00. As soon as I saw it today I called immediately only to be told by a man that was possibly Indian that I needed to call back tomorrow because he’s busy. Excuse me??? Also the pool is still closed. Apparently has been closed a long time but no discount is offered for the lack of accessibility. The positives do not out weigh the negatives so I would honestly skip this one.
