The bathroom was dirty, the cereal at breakfast was stale, there were bugs in the utensil holders and we had to move the couch so that the pull-out bed even had room to extend. In the "suite" nonetheless. Paper plates were pulled out of the trash and washed for reuse. Disgusting.
