  Rooms were clean and pet friendly at a reasonable price. Adequate breakfast and first place that had coffee hot and tasted like coffee. Will stay again. Ken very friendly and girl on front desk at check in very friendly. Easy to reach from express way

  Rooms are excellent! Clean and stocked. Front desk staff are phenomenal. Friendly and helpful. Room service is also superb. My husband is a frequent visitor as he is out of town for work regularly. He always chooses to stay at this hotel. Written for Kenneth Reynolds by his wife.

  When I arrived 1hr ahead of check in time. Was told room wasn't ready. Told for 40.00 I could get a better room that was ready. I declined. Then he said 20.00 cash. I still declined. Rooms where ok but run down. Pool wasn't usable. Very little options for breakfast. I personally would not stay here again.

  Zero star review. I was overcharged. And you can't take the breakfast food back to your room. Worst experience I've had ever dealing with a hotel. I will never stay at a Best Western ever again. They truly don't care about their guests. Ask the CEO if he could control his brand
