    Front desk guy Linsey was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Went out his way to help with whatever and whenever he could. The hotel was very clean and nice. Definitely gonna stay in the future again.

    This is an old hotel. My first room the door handle wouldn’t even work or open and had to get a new room. Don’t believe all the reviews. My room had a very old heat/AC system that wasn’t on and my room was 60. Took a while to realize we had to pull the cover off the thermostat to turn it to heat! Like what? That’s as outdated as the landline telephone.. Our room had no privacy curtain like every other modern hotel. Every room I’ve stayed in for the last 30 stays had a solid white blackout pull down or slide over curtain to block sun and street lights. Not here. We had a three piece curtain that wasn’t not sheer but not total blackout either. Looked like management fixed it up with a trip to Walmart. Far below modern standard here. We had a nice street light glowing straight toward the window that shown through the curtain to an extent. Not completely obnoxious but come on. This was janky. I would NOT stay here again. The staff at the desk were great. No complaint about the staff. It’s the facility that’s sub standard.

    Stayed here when in Lenoir City TN. Large room, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast area was great. Food was good. Did not order room service.

    Perfect area to get off the road, I'd assume if you have Any work in the area as well. Front desk was priceless, personable, welcoming, absolute wonderful resourcefulness & knowledge! Things come up, don't fret, they can help and they will. Really cannot say enough about that, it is unfortunately rare sometimes in this industry, so I'd like it to be highlighted, morning front desk especially 😀
